Arby's — Restaurant in Appleton

Terrible service, rude employees, less than stellar food. Upon entering the drive thru, the lady on the receiver was rude, impatient and acted like we were completely ruining her day by being there. After getting to the pay window we asked the employee about the kids meals being a dollar since the sign out front says 1 dollar kids meals with purchase of an adult meal. We were told that they weren't doing that and haven't been for a couple weeks. We didn't argue but after hearing another employee say just tell them your manager says they aren't doing that, we simply said we are ok with that but you should probably take it off your sign. Very rudely we got a reply of I don't make the rules. I then tried to explain that we are only suggesting they tell their superior that it's on the sign and should be taken down. We then had the window slammed shut. Needless to say this will be our last visit to the darboy location. This is exactly why people should not be making $15.00 an hour because you are clearly not qualified to...

I come here fairly regularly to eat and have noticed a slight trend that it seems like the place is understaffed, and that may play into my slight complaint. I have often gotten the crumbs end of the bin with the curly fries lately. Where there are like 3 big fries on top and the rest is just crumbles of breading. I also get random other extra food in my fries a lot. Like..... a chicken nugget.... and a ton of regular fries. Maybe keep the food separated better please. It's just a bit... eww. Saw someone wipe a counter with a rag that had been in contact with raw chicken... so that's gross... just generally kind of hectic here and no one seems to care. I know fast food is a crummy job. But maybe basic food safety would be the least...

Food is good. Clean restaurant. However, the service at this location is sub-standard. They are very slow. Not the friendliest of people. They have also either screwed up or missed items in my order the last THREE TIMES IN A ROW I've been there. On my last visit they forgot to give my daughters soda cups, I asked for no tomato on my sandwich (and got it anyway) and ordered a 5 piece popper and only got 4. There was only one other person in the establishment so they were NOT busy. There was no excuse for this. The girl who waited on us showed every sign that her mind was elsewhere and she wanted to be any place other than...
