Toppers Pizza — Restaurant in Appleton

I live in Menasha and usually get the toppers in town because they are an amazing crew that provides phenomenal quality and actually care for their business and take pride and joy in what they do. Had a family hangout and I suggested TOPPERS because I've had great experience and amazing pizza. Placed an order through uber eats and waited an hour for the food which was totally fine, but when the food arrived the soda was not there. Talked with the driver that we were missing the soda, and she said we have to talk to toppers because they are the one who prepared our order. She even offered to go back if toppers called her. Contacted toppers and the person on the phone has ZERO experience with running a business. Told him the situation and he said "ok. What do u want me to do" .... the audacity of the person managing needs to understand that ists not what I want , I made a order so I need them to at least try and place my order correctly and not have a attitude when they made the mistake of not preparing it correctly . Asked how should I go about about it and he said "try calling uber eats". I'm just ordering food not playing phone book . You made the mistake own up to it and correct it as best to your ability Bring your audacity somewhere else if you don't know how to keep a business going. I am willing to teach him how to provide excellent customer service and how to handle situations like this for the sake of his job because I'm sure he needs to keep this one with that...

Have always loved this toppers and all the people working in it. They are all down to earth, friendly, patient with drunken messes (like yours truly) and when theyre busy they be doin the dang thang to get the orders out properly. This past time I went downtown, I wasnt feeling very...people-y, naturally I ditched my friends but sooo badly wanted pizza to bring home. Did not appreciate the line for Sals, and human contact made me want to vomit so I ordered toppers online and waited in a warm vehicle outside where I could see the screen with my order being prepared. I gave my anxiety ridden self a pep talk to go in and get my pineapple pizza and cinnamon stix with my favorite ever smores custard (if you havent tried it DO IT! Serious addiction) and it was well worth it. Not one judgment for my order or the fact that I was leaning against the wall and being awkward..only to randomly yell out in joy asking if they were playing ice nine kills and indeed they were!! And the female working was JAMMING, it made me happy. Although they forgot my garlic sauce I ordered (forgiven, i keep some extras at home) may I say the taste and texture of that pizza really hit me in my feels, the topperstix were seasoned with cinnamon and icing to perfection, 🤌🤌🤌 and I owe toppers my life for every. single. time I was sad and ate the whole friggen custard pint and came to the conclusion if ice cream can be that good, then life must be worth living. I usually like going to Toooers but this particular one is not quite like the one I normally go to. The guy who helped me was very grumpy and did not put our garlic sauce in with the pizza I requested. Also I mentioned that we were just going to have it delivered to our hotel but that store was closed. He said they don’t deliver to the town I was staying in . That that was what the other closer location was there for. He also said it was out of their 3 mile delivery radius. Literally when I googled it this location was 4.28 miles from my hotel. These 3 towns/cities are all so close you can cross the street and leave one to be into another. So I was really just shocked that he was so rude. They also wouldn’t honor my toooers cash I earned because I had two offers for free tooperstix yet the order took the $10 off until it went to that stores payment screen and then it added it back. My usual store would let me do all of it at once. Oh well. So I rated a 3 star because I live their food, but he was unnecessarily rude to me for no reason. And did not put any utensils in my Mack and cheese and knew I was eating it at a hotel. I guess he expected me to just put my face into it. So, three stars is generous for my experience...
