Well, in answer to your query, 5 stars is an exceptional rating validated by best- ever experiences and interactions... that there were a few missteps is where the missing star went. Parking - well, it's downtown - rarely convenient. First impressions of the shop and outside areas - interesting and a bit provocative; that in itself is a good way for people to feel invited. Now, upon entering said establishment: retro, recycled furnishings that add a mystic vibe. Spacing of sityadown areas is cozy; counter/cabinets are utilized well for display. The back entrance is typical when finding alternative parking. Service was ok - not great, An almost serve yourself ideal exists - though, not stated. Bussing your own wares is usually ok, though having a sign presenting said statement might be taken less as a required task and more as a thanks for helping.
