Was so excited for a good deli here in ardmore, love love love the orange cranberry club! Highly disappointed in the customer service at this location. Placed a order on line today because I was stuck working and my husband knows I have some preferences when it comes to food and Mcallisters allows very specific editing on the screen which should eliminate mistakes.....not so. Ordered a orange cranberry club no mayo add honey mustard, also paid to add extra bacon and pickle spear on the side. Very simple order and since my emailed receipt shows this wording I have no worries. Wrong! Get the sandwich it has No Bacon at all and no Honey mustard but it does have the cranberry which is correct. I print the receipt along with the one already on the box, highlighted what it is supposed to be and husband goes back, now I get a club honey mustard with no cranberry....its a cranberry club. Not once did we get the pickles nor the extra bacon paid for on the sandwich or baked potato. I call and am hung up on, call back and am I formed by the manager I ordered a regular club so that's what they made even though my receipt says otherwise. Had issues the day before while dining in as well but chose to let it go. Staff talking about customers loud enough to be heard, staff sitting out in open in front of customers on cell phones, wiping off lipstick, no less than 6 employees walking past a waiting customer at the counter never acknowledged them and then attitude when they were asked for the salad dressing the did not include with a salad sent to a table. This place has so much potential but not like this. Customer service needs lots of work, proper on the job ettiquite needs training , I get they are new and things happen but this is not acceptable. I'm in management I frequently send lots of people to dining establishments I would highly recommend and at this point I could not in good conscience reccomend this one. There was no professional attitude, when it was getting close to shift change there was so many people behind the counter you didn't know who was working. Then what really got me is after this one girl started her shift and was taking a order from a couple she was back there DANCING AROUND AND shaking her behind really sad. I've worked behind the counter and this was just too much. I was watching one female who was either a manager or swing manager and she acted like nothing was going on. Cant believe this place. As for the food you can keep it. Bread was so dry, the so called club was a joke. I get better at Chilis any time. I know so go back there, trust me I will. My husband had a Turkey sandwich and said well that was a joke wont be going back there. Owners need to get better control of their employees ones you have now are going to put you down quick. If you keep up the way it's going you will not last long. If you dont like my opinion then get a grip...

Unfortunately half our order was forgotten, when we went up to ask for it, it arrived cold. Roast beef was actually cold like just barely thawed from the freezer.
Manager was made aware of the cold food and missing order items, didnât seem to care. No apologies. When cook was made aware of missing item, his reply was that he was still working on it, untrue. We watched countless hot food orders delivered after our first half arrived.
In addition, please require all wait staff and food handlers to neatly secure their hair. Dirty plates and a hair in the food later left us disappointed.
