Food had decent flavor. Not mad about that.....BUT the baked chicken on a skewer had a long black hair wrapped around it so I knew that it came from the cooks. My daughters plate. She said its ok and just ate the other one. Then I went and got some orange chicken, sautéed mushrooms and broccoli...then about halfway through the plate was the CLUMP of hair pictured below. Thats NOT an accident. 1 hair on something is just an accident. The lady(manager) that came over first tried to tell me that it was a green bean. Im 49 and grew up with a garden that covered 1/4 of an acre. That was insulting. Then she started to pull it apart and it was clearly a clump of short black straight hair. She said they wear hair nets so I said "its part of a mop or something cause its NOT food." She wanted to play the clueless game. I said just give me my ticket we are leaving. Also was feeding my 2 year old granddaughter this same food. We got up and waited at the front in line to pay. I dont play the I want free food game. She then came up saying her manager took care of it and would not tell me the total. I still put a 20 on the counter because we did have some food and 2 sweet tea drinks. I just read a review from 3 weeks ago about a "curly" hair in food. Obviously there is a very angry employee here. The only reason we went was because my daughter and her friends were planning a trip to this Asian buffet before a concert tomorrow 1/26/23. Justin Bieber. We use to love coming here years ago when I cleaned the parking lot at night. Back when there was a computer parts store beside them. Thats what I get for not just cooking my own food at home. Fast Food drive throughs mess up orders and now at This Asian buffet is an angry employee purposefully tainting the food. Hair wrapped around skewered chicken and clumps cooked in to the food.....NOT AN ACCIDENT. All 11 of my daughters friends have decided never to eat there again. Management/owner. Try installing cameras directly on your employees that are preparing/cooking/serving food. Or immediately firing the ones that are not happy. They will destroy your business and reputation. I know i have wasted a bit of time with this post but as soon as something terrible happens to a customer because of tainted food at least there is a record of it happening. A food inspector friend of mine from Houston told me years ago that he would never again in his life eat at any Oriental...

I came here on a triple date. First off not much food selection but it was great I would have rather gone to Golden Coral because they have more selection. However I felt rushed because servers are constantly watching you and standing near you. By the beginning of our first plate of food the server brought us our check. We weren’t done eating. But we didn’t pay until we were done eating, after seconds & desert. After paying we stayed and chit chat for a while and we still felt rushed so we decided to continue our chitchat outside in the parking lot (IT WAS NOT BUSY AT THE RESTURANT) after we signed our receipt I put $0 for the tip on the receipt because I was going to leave cash as I was gathering my purse to pull out my wallet to get the cash the server comes to collect our signed receipts and as she collects all of our receipts she looks closely at the tips section on the receipt and notices mines says $0 and she points on the tip section of the receipt and tells me to fill it out. I told her no because I was leaving cash but I guess she didn’t understand me maybe her English wasn’t good because she wasn’t using words to communicate just pointing demanding to write $$ on the tip section. But honey I’ve never experienced any server demand a tip at any resturant here in the United States. I assumed she was new in our country and doesn’t understand the tip concept here in the United States as all countries have their own ways of customer service? But regardless I didn’t feel like we got great service to the point of demanding a tip from me. Even though she was close to us and making us feel rushed she don’t refill my drink I had to get someone else to refill. And it’s not like they bring our food out to us. This is a buffet restaurant lol. Not saying I wasn’t going to leave tip but for a server to demand a tip for 1 drink refill? Lol idk. I’m not going back that definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. Just know you’re obligated to leave a tip if...

We will not ever come back to this buffet. NOT HAPPY AT ALL and I will tell everyone I know of my experience. I am asking for a refund of some sort after the experience we had tonight. If i get a refund, I will delete my review. We don't deserve to be treated like we were. The server was very rude, she refused to refill our drinks, ignored us and other servers had to remove plates. Then we put the credit card down to pay, server grabs the credit card without asking. I see her pull out a phone and I am positive she took a photo of my credit card. She then watched over my wife shoulder, demanding that she signs credit card paper, and then standing right next to my wife looking over her shoulder demanding a $20 to $40 tip to be written on credit card receipt. She argued with my wife and I. Horribly rude and just nasty the way she acted. We usually tip very well and we usually leave a good $40 or more cash tip so it is not taxed for the servers. Um no ma'am, not ok you got zero dollars due to the way you acted. I grabbed the ticket as she tried to snatch it out of my hand to look at recipet to see we were over charged as well. Spoke to the manager, after agreeing not ok behavior. The waitress walks up glaring me down and says something else rude. Manager says she will talk to server and then says hope your night gets better. No fixing the over charge and at this point I dont even care. The food was not that great tonight, and I found a hair cooked in one piece of chicken. Did I say anything NO, I just eat something different. We are not difficult and understand situations happen. However, this will be our last time here. My bill was 91.84 for 3 kids and 2 adults. The math did not add up, and realized my kids were charged as adults. Fine whatever not a big deal since one is a teenager, and one looks older...

Been coming to this restaurant for years our family loves going for birthdays but recently I stopped going for a few months due to the pandemic and some of the waitresses attitude problems they have I just came today for my father’s birthday as soon as we got there we got put in a cramped space by the hostess named Carmen and we politely asked to be switched to a bigger table because it was 6 of us and my toddler son she said she couldn’t not switch us but the area we asked to be moved to was not reserved and there was already people sitting in that area another employee came and told her to move us to the section we asked she grabbed the forks and the high chair and as soon as we got to the other table she slammed the forks on the table and the high chair on the floor and took off annoyed without a word I can not believe what happened I tried to give this place another chance because I do love the food here but the attitude that comes with it is not worth the money you spend on especially when you go on a special occasion like my father’s birthday im extremely upset never have I been treated this way not even at a fast food place so sad hopefully they can speak to their staff to treat people a little kinder and we all have bad days but showing your attitude by slamming a toddlers high chair please.

In just a short span of 10 minutes, my visit to Asian Buffet proved to be an underwhelming experience. The diverse array of food, touted for its variety, failed to live up to expectations, leaving me with a sense of dissatisfaction. As I approached the front counter to settle the bill, a disagreement ensued with the lady in charge. Despite my attempts to convey my displeasure with the quality of the food, there was a reluctance to acknowledge the shortcomings. The brief interaction at the front desk became a focal point of the visit. Initially, I was hesitant to pay for the entire meal, considering the lackluster quality, and the lady at the counter seemed to disagree vehemently. After a bit of back-and-forth, a compromise was reached, and I ended up paying only for the drinks, emphasizing my dissatisfaction with the culinary offerings. The brevity of my stay might have spared me more exposure to the variety of dishes, but the initial impressions were enough to form a negative opinion. For a restaurant that prides itself on diversity, the taste and overall experience left much to be desired. It's regrettable when a dining experience falls short, especially within such a brief timeframe.
