Condom Sense — Local services in Arlington

Me and my Husband were planning to guy a few things until the employees ruined our mood/experience. We will never go back to this place after how uncomfortable the employees made us feel. As soon as we walked in there were two employees standing there behind the counter. We took two steps before they were instructing us to put on hand sanitizer. I understand that it may be a policy that the owner wants to upheld but FYI it's not good customer service when you are forcing your customers to sanitize their hands.

As I was reaching to put on the sanitizer I was then asked for my ID. I didn't even get the chance to put on the hand sanitizer because they were making another command at me and my husband so at that point I pulled my hand backs and advise I needed to go get my ID in my car. As soon as we walked out we went to another place and gave them our buisness.

Your employees did not make me feel welcomed one bit and because of that I will never go back. Maybe you could ask your employees to be a little but more respectful when they are making commands to your customers or else people will buy elsewhere or online. Honestly… I’ve only been here 3 times and every time I visited the workers are so miserable. I came by 12 minutes before closing and one lady greeted me and she was actually nice she seemed new . But the other lady at the register just stood there and she asked are we looking for anything specific because they are about to close .. and I said yah at 12 we have a good 10 mins to spare and she roller her eyes and sided eyed me and had a stank face .

I asked her if she was ready to go and she just ignored me and kept looking at the wall …

The other associate walked her way and the girl at the register said “ see this is why I lock the doors early !! Like girl what ?

I don’t recommend coming here tbh … they are so rude and judgement and show no type of professionalism!!!!

Even the little Hispanic or white manager last time had an attitude.. I was asked for my id 3 times because i Looked young and I get it !!

But after the second time and they seen I was over 21+ and the manager asked me if told her they asked me already and she said okay cool but I need to see your id and I gave it to her and said “ I look young right “ and she said “mmmhhhh” Like girl say what u got to say …. But yah once again I will never come back and ion recommend anyone...

I obviously picked the wrong sex shop to go too 🙄 because this one was tremendous. Before you walk in you’re just confused bc the store doesn’t even look open. Their open sign doesn’t even work... As I walk in I expect to be greeted ya know? Warm customer service but no. Instead I get a grin from the girl at the cash register. Her name was Rose. she didn’t even look interested or happy to be there. Didn’t offer any assistance what so ever except just being on her phone and listening to music. usually any other store I’ve been too the store associates ask if I need help with finding anything. This store is completely disorganized and trashed. Products are overly priced. bought something and regret paying 30 bucks for a POS. girl at the counter has her headphones in the whole time when I’m talking to her. And couldn’t hear what I was saying. (AND it was bc this girl had headphones in) of course you’re going to have trouble hearing.. then she wouldn’t even accept my card bc it didn’t have my name on it. Mind you I’m still waiting to receive my debit card with my name on it in the mail. This store needs to close. So much for being ran by better management this place sucks and never has business anyway. DO NOT SHOP...
