My girlfriend and I came into the Arlington cava again today, and debated coming back before hand due to horrible service, and wasn’t surprised to find horrible service yet again. The girl in charge of starting bowls was rude, snarky, and unprofessional and this is a reoccurring issue with this girl. She has an attitude every time, and scoffed at myself and my girlfriend when we asked for extra rice, charged us for extra when we got half an extra scoop. She mumbles in response to customers every time. I have eaten inside the restaurant twice, and both times this girl glared at myself and my girlfriend the entire time we ate. This is a reoccurring issue at this location. I come here maybe twice a week, and always am frustrated, I understand having a bad day as I’ve worked fast food myself, but this is inexcusable to treat customers this way on a weekly basis. Read moreI go to Cava all the time by my job in Coppell and my bowls are always filled to the brim. Every time I order from the Arlington location, they skimp on the portions, my bowl is half full, and they even substituted my protein choice without even telling me this time. I ordered the regular chicken in my bowl online and got home and they gave me a ridiculously small portion of Harissa Chicken instead. They also didn't add any Eggplant dip like I asked for. And the bowl is half full. I usually only order online, but the one time we ordered in store they were out of regular Chicken and I had to get Falafel instead. They were also out of basic dressings and dips. This location needs to step it up, they are giving Cava a bad reputation.
