Smoothie King — Restaurant in Arlington

I’ve been here twice at night for a smoothie bowl. After the gym it makes sense and each time I got a different excuse but noticed they cleaned the machines. You can’t give any answer and think smart people won’t recognize your reasoning is dumb. I know it’s hard to find staff but these night time staffs refusal to work at night is ridiculous.

Reason 1: we are short staffed so we can’t make bowls. The people ahead of me walked out as well.

Reason 2: we don’t have the product true because all of the product had been put away. Then I say y’all couldn’t make it yesterday and he says because we didn’t get our truck til this morning. I say no the reason yesterday was because y’all were short staffed. He says o well I didn’t work yesterday so I don’t know.

How come nobody ever told me about this place? It's awesome!

My workplace gave me a coupon for a free 20 ounce smoothie of my choosing, so I drove to this location to start my day with a free smoothie.

The facility is clean, nicely decorated, and spacious enough for multiple people to wait for their drinks at the same time.

I was assisted by Chelse, and she was fantastic! She walked me through the whole menu with a big smile on her face and made my drink SUPER fast. She didn't even mind that it took me a few minutes to choose a smoothie. She was friendly and energetic the whole way through. Give Chelse a raise!

So I came today on a Friday because they always do buy a 20oz upgrade to a 32oz free basically getting it for 5dollars, so while I'm at the register I'm asking are yall doing the 5 dollar drinks today and both the people at the counter both said yes, while preceding to tell me that my order is 8.81$ ? So when I open my app it says at the bottom buy a 20oz upgrade to a 32oz for free for 5 dollar fridays?...so I go back to the counter and show the girl what it says and she proceeds to say oh I don't think we do that anymore here at this location after u told me that u did while I was ordering?
