There were 2 people behind the counter in which both were on the phone. Another lady walked up and asked what did I need. I advised her I was there to do a WU. She asked the guy who was on the phone if he could do it and he pointed to the other lady on the phone (Mattie) a so-called supervisor!!! I know Mattie heard thier conversation. ( you couldn't help but hear) I stood there for a good 10-15 mintuez before she got off the phone. When she got off, She asked me what did I need and I told her. She said I cant do it, i will have to call someone else. I stated that the lady advised me that you were going to do it. She said I'm not sure what "the lady " said. I then said I just told you what she said; you heard her. Long story short I had to wait again for another worker and now it was way pass 15 mintues and I'm the only one in line. Now a real supervisor would have acknowledged me when I walked up regardless if she's on the phone, in addition she would have did the WU being that I had waited long enough while she was on the phone. I hate when people get jobs and then they dont want to do it! Her dad must play golf with the owner because with a nasty attitude like that it's hard to believe she's representing Winnco! There was another older white lady sitting down and she stated to me that what she did was rude as well. I hate to see how she treat the black employees since I experienced her treatment with a black customer! Mattie you are fired from America. Kudos to "Rose Marie" for trying to fix Mattie's POOR PISS customer service. I will NEVER go back there again and I WILL advise the people at the company I work for NOT to go there and spend one red cents! We know the ONLY way to get you people's attention is to hit you financially! Mattie needs customer service training if you do not believe me and she has you fool just roll the tape back turn up the volume...

I see these guy complaining, get a life people! There prices are below the suggested retail price on MOST items. I saw one guy that said they didn't take cash. What a CROCK. Based on that one fact that he lied about, I discredit his whole review. I've seen guys wanting parts for their truck and they didn't even know what truck they had, much less know what part they needed. Sure it may take awhile to get a truck repaired, BUT, it's your truck! Why are you in the hobby if you don't know how to work on your own truck? GEESH ! ! ! If you can't work on it yourself, why do you complain that it's takes too long. It's taking less time than if you had to work on it. TAKE IT HOME AND FIX IT YOURSELF THEN! They have more parts in stock than any other place I've checked. These guys are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. If you aren't, then check the web before you buy and know what you are buying. Over all, they work hard to please everyone but there are some people that you can never please. Their prices are good and usually are in stock and you can get them faster than you can online. It's worth the wait to get the personal service these guy give. I asked one of them about how many hours a day they worked. I was told they worked 10 hours a day with a 30 min lunch break. That's a lot of hours to deal with customers. I don't think their pay is all that great either. One of the guys is a retired cop and he works there just to have something to do and support his hobby. This shopping center is very close to a high traffic interchange (State Highway 20 and Cooper Street) and is always in great operational condition. We have visited the shopping center several times over the previous two years and it is consistently maintained. We would hope that more entrances/exits from the parking area to the eastbound service road would be installed, but understand there are likely safety/security reasons for not doing so. The center has a variety of shops, stores and restaurants, in which to shop. It is my experience that the property is always clean and presentable in appearance. I would recommend this...
