Smalls Sliders — Restaurant in Arlington

This place wasnt coward today when I went and very clean but the service is trash. A bunch of what looks like high school kid and on their phones. They have been open a week so I pulled up and asked for a Dr pepper milk shake to be told it was seasonal and no longer available. I paid for my order and instructed to pull around. Instantly I was greeted at the window and the order was confirmed by name. I wait on my order but attempted by waving and honking to get 1 of the 3 ppl in the windows attention. I then inquired if the dr pepper milkshake would return and was informed it was still being offered. I informed I wanted that instead of one of the drinks and was instructed to give 17 cent additonal. Which I did. I asked for a receipt for my record of the total amount spent and was informed I wasnt charged for the milkshake. I then was not given my other drink and as I attempted to understand the young lady helping became frustrated, rolled her eyes, and someone else stepped in. It was explained my order was short the amount by 17 cent not being charged extra. The information was convoluted between three different employees. Overall more training is needed on professionalism, menu availability, and order cost accuracy. I rate this...

Its meh... my sliders were burnt on one slide... so each bite was really crunchy. I was expecting to see a variety of sliders... not just a basic slider. Buns were delicious & the fries were really good too. The drive through line / wait time was pretty long & kinda messy as some cars were trying to cut in front of other cars. I was ok with the price at first... but when I ate my sliders, I felt like it was overpriced. I think having lettuce, tomato & onions would have been great add on options besides just bacon. This place has recently opened and I wanted to try it out. Today there were two lanes of cars that was barely moving. Some of us moved to the other lane, which still was not moving like a DriveTru should. So I backed out and walked up to the window. All of the people ahead of me placed and received their order.
