I called and asked if the store had kid friendly sections because I didn't want my kid brother exposed to the half naked female figures as shown in the google photos. The girl who answered said all the adult themed items were in the back of the store and the front was kid friendly. So my kid brother and I arrived later and we saw half naked figures mixed in all the store's displays, which we didn't appreciate. I even had to stand in front of a large display case near the entrance that contained a huge naked guy and two half naked women figures to block it from my brother's view. Super anime outlet has to be one of the best stores in Arlington that sells anime and figures. The figures are amazing quality and HUGE and they always have Funko pops even the ones that are newly released. I go every Friday and find what I want, sometimes I even walk out with way more than I planned to get because there’s so much cool stuff there that I want to buy. The store isn’t the only thing that’s amazing, the service is also amazing, the people that work there are all so nice and patient with all of their customers. I always get greeted in with kindness and respect that it makes me feel welcomed and want to come back again and again. I purchased two $65 swords for my son’s birthday, and they were displayed on a sword stand in the store. Naturally, I assumed the stand was included, as there was no signage or indication that it was sold separately. When I asked a staff member to retrieve the swords, he handed them to me but said the stand wasn’t included. When I inquired why that wasn’t made clear, he responded dismissively with, “You don’t have to buy anything.” I then asked how much the stand cost, and he said he could “leave it to me” for $25—which is significantly higher than what similar stands cost online.
