Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Arlington

The order took over an hour to reach us on a Wednesday night. The kid working the phones wouldn't answer when I called to check from my phone (which naturally was linked to the order)-- when I got through on a borrowed phone, he insisted that the issue was between me and the delivery driver (the driver showed while I was on the phone, and that conversation would have been basically impossible given the language barrier between myself and the driver) . The pizza quality was probably fair at one point, but had spent enough time under heating elements by the time we received it that it wasn't enjoyable. There are a lot of pizza choices in town-- you probably deserve better than to get jerked around only to get sad, dried out...

There was no seating to eat, which I didn't realize when looking it up on google. Another thing, when places have specials, it should be offered. I shouldn't have to look behind me low on a wall to see a special. Then once I place my order before seeing the special, I asked if they would honor the special because I seem to overpay for one topping in Pizza compared to the special, that was a 2 topping Pizza. The lady i'm working as the cashier couldn't even answer me because she couldn't really speak too much english which is fine but at least acknowledge the customer. Other than that, the pizza was pretty good...

We order from this place so infrequently, and every time we remember why we prefer to do the Lexington location and just pick it up. Deliveries from this place take forever. We consistently wait 1-2 hours for our food and it's always cold. After the last time, the manager said he would comp our meal and the next one. We were still charged for that meal and when we tried to order again we were told "well I have to charge you something" and ended up just paying for the meal - which is completely different than what he said. These orders are being placed on normal weekdays and not 'busy' nights like Friday...
