This place is a bit snug on the space level. They would truly benefit form outdoor seating. I am rarely ever out in this area but decided to pop in. I got an order of tacos and chips and salsa. Burria Tacos: Bless the hands of whomever made these! The tortillas has been dipped in the burria sauce before assembly making them even more flavorful, with extra burria sauce on the plate and the green sauce was creamy without being creamy and had a bright burst of flavor. Cheese present but didn't take over. Beans and rice were good too. Verdict: EAT THIS Chips and Salsa: Here is my problem. The salsa, glorious, but there isn't enough of it. The vessel they serve it in is deceptively shallow. Also the chips tasted a bit stale. I wished I got the salsa in a to go container and then got tortilla chips from a store. VERDICT: OKAY VERDICT: EAT HERE. GET THE TACOS, BUT SKIP THE CHIPS AND TAKE HOME AN ORDER OF THE SALSA.

Everything was delicious and so fresh tasting. We ordered enchiladas verdes, torta norteña, torta california(added rice, beans to these), tortilla soup(has a little bit of spice to it-not too strong though), churros and sopapillas from dessert menu. We will be going back again and for pozole too. Everything was terrific. It was all rich, refreshing with good flavor and I kinda felt like I was back in Mexico. This is one of the best places I've tried during this whole past 6 months and will be returning for sure. The restaurant looks very cute inside but we did a very easy order online and pickup.

An offshoot of the late, great Jose's Mexican restaurant in Cambridge. Many of the selections are the same. We came specifically for the pozole, a chicken and homily corn soup. A large bowl was loaded with big kernels of corn and plenty of chicken. A friend who was born and raised in Mexico said Jose's pozole is top notch. Quality and quantity make for good value. We easily found parking on the street at no cost for 2 hours. Service was fast and friendly. They plan to expand inside and out so seating will increase. They're also getting a liquor license. We will return!

Convivial family spot with cheerful decor and huge portions. Easy to hear conversation level. Lots of space. Perfect for both children and for adults there's a semiprivate nook I recommend for a casual business meeting. No liquor license but real sugar cane Mexican Coke! Impressively large unisex toilet with ample wheelchair access and a baby changing table. Nice mosaic mirror over sink. I ordered Chicago enchiladas ($9.95 without beans or rice. added $3.00 for Large guacamole to share.) The chicken was moist, the mild sauce a bit too heavily poured on but that's me. Queso fresh and all Excellent. Need to find some ripe raw tomatoes though. Partner loved their chimichanga which they added black beans and rice to. I appreciate the ability to add items. We tried to be conservative but ended up with 2 takeout containers anyway. Lovely people. No growing pains this place is super already. There's a student Special. The Arlington high School is nearby but no noisy teens. Parked easily out front. Watch out for 15 minute parking and great handicap spot...

Ok so I didn’t go to the restaurant (but I definitely will) I ordered 2 TooGoodToGo orders but also ordered other food…Thanks to TooGoodToGo I found this amazing place! They were so nice on the phone…I asked many questions and spend lots of time in Mexico so I know great Mexican food! They happily answered all my questions and I ordered my food on top of the TooGoodToGo….EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD ‼️ I ordered Menudo and was so happy they had it but I am too full to eat tonight! I ordered Chimichanga and menudo….Chimichanga was perfection! The TooGoodToGo was a quesadilla with rice and beans and a burrito with rice and beans all amazing…chips guacamole and a chipotle sauce just incredible!!!! I’m sorry but I don’t love Mexican food here in America but this was like being in Mexico it was EXCELLENT ! I also ordered Mexican Cokes…..I will be a regular customer forever!!! Thank you I want to try so many dishes!!!!! They are 5 stars in my book and I’m mad I didn’t take photos I was hungry and the food was so good I couldn’t stop eating for photos!!!...

Just had a few of their dishes this evening. One, someone has to know how to cook in order to open a restaurant like this. Step up your game or fail miserably! I'm completely appalled by how awful this was, "soft opening" or not. I make better at home and my Latina percentage is probably lower. Chicken enchiladas: Tasteless beyond words. Soggy. I had to douse it in salsa and sour cream to give it a little life. Who taught you how to cook?! Shrimp tacos: Blah. Tasteless. The shrimp was good quality and the tortillas were crisp, but there's no substance to this at all. There are food carts with higher quality tacos. Veggie fajita: Just, NO. Tasteless. Despite being wrapped, the tortillas were soggy and ultimately ended up in the garbage. The vegetables were a very odd assortment. Since when do you use cauliflower in Mexican food? Prices are typical for the area, but I've made better in my own kitchen. Overall, pass. I'll...
