We had an incredible experience at La Sirena in Arlington that left us craving more. Our visit on a Thursday was a stroke of luck, as we indulged in the Pastor Tacos for just $1 each – an absolute steal. The flavors were outstanding, and the green salsa had a kick that made every bite memorable. My husband opted for the Parrillada Mixta, and it was a symphony of deliciousness. The grilled caramelized onions added a sweet note that perfectly complemented the mix of meats. As for me, the tabilitas plate was a revelation. The quality of the meat stood out, and the rice and beans were a delightful accompaniment. Tamy, our waiter, deserves a special shout-out for providing exceptional service. Attentive and friendly, she added to the overall enjoyment of our dining experience. The restaurant's ambiance is welcoming with a fantastic decor that enhances the dining atmosphere. Anticipation lingers as we look forward to exploring more dishes on their menu. We couldn't resist taking some tacos to go, and to our delight, they were just as amazing the next day. La Sirena has certainly left a lasting impression, making it a must-visit for anyone in search of delectable cuisine and top-notch service

I hardly ever leave negative reviews for places I’ve been, because I usually will find some positives, but this place we just couldn’t find much good to talk about. Service was SLOW!!!! we waited over an hour for our food, so in the mean time our children decided to eat the chips that we were given to that was half full. We were told after the third basket that we were being charged for refills on the chips. Food had hardly and taste at all. My shrimp cocktail was half full and the shrimp were the size of dimes. My son’s shrimp boil was half full, but looking at the picture on the menu we expected much more especially since we paid 30 dollars for his plate. My daughter’s tortillas on her chicken enchiladas were so chewy she was unable to eat them. My husbands molcajete was tasteless, and they only provided three small corn tortillas with it. My other daughter’s cheese quesadilla tasted sour. When we got our 177 dollar bill I noticed that they also charge for WATER!!!! 🤯 I’m usually one to give a place another chance to redeem themselves, but this his will not be one.

Food was quite good for this unassuming spot. The menu has a lot of variety and dishes you would never find at a typical spot. It's pretty cool that you are able to order a whole fish 👀👀 I will be getting that next time. Salsa was spicy which I loved. Much spicier than most. If you don't like heat, you probably won't like it. But if you don't like heat, then you aren't living 😉 The only but potentially large downside was that the service didn't seem to be bi/multilingual... it was difficult to communicate with the waitress. Didn't bother us too much but I would definitely recommend designing a service system where ordering isn't reliant upon communication, else you run the risk of losing a whole customer demographic. Then again maybe they are only targeting a certain demographic but idk why you would want to burn money for no reason 🤷♂️ Overall, super tasty food, unique menu with authentic items, and at par service.

Stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner - the decor is trendy and fun, the place is clean and sleek. We requested top shelf margaritas but our server didn't seem to know what we meant and we ended up with a neon green pre-mixed margarita where all you could taste was the artificial mix. Ordered steak tacos and queso - tacos came out first (streak was tasty, rice was good), we had to remind our server about the queso and by the time she actually brought it out, we'd finished the main dish. I also had a lack luster paloma. Disappointed in a "seafood and bar" restaurant that doesn't offer several different cocktails or at least more than a "frozen/on the rocks" choice of margaritas. The bar shelves looked super empty.

Went to the Arlington location the restaurant was very clean and nice inside, beautiful bar and lots of TV all around. And they have a large projection screen for watching games and karaoke. From the outside the restaurant looks small but inside is pretty good size. The waitress was very nice,we ordered the shrimp ceviche which was very delicious and I ordered the menudo one of the best I had in along time.We also ordered the Margarita frozen for some reason they couldn't make it on the rocks that day.The frozen Margarita was good but both my friend and I noticed it didn't have any alcohol in it we didn't say nothing about because we figured the alchohol might kick in later but no.Other than that everything was good.

We live 6 hours away. Chose this place because of good reviews and pictures but nothing we expected. Very disappointed with this choice we made to eat here. Table of 6. We got one plate out and an hour later got 3 more and 20 mins later got the other 2. Portions were half the size the pictures or menus showed and we asked for one refill of chips of course because of the wait and we were still charged extra. Paid $160 not including tip. The owner sent a sorry with the waitress and we asked her 3 times to come out and she never did. She just said there was only one cook but that’s not our fault. As we were leaving another table got up and said they were leaving and only paying for the drinks. Lesson learned.
