We love coming to Texas, live, this is our one stop shop where we always get a delicious chicken barbecue pizza and add bacon :-) unfortunately this past experience at the Logan Paul and Mike Tyson fight was not as enjoyable as it has always been. Upon ordering the cashier immediately told me that the pizza that wanted wasn’t able to be made. . . I have ordered this exact pizza over five times at this establishment. Once I explained to her that they literally always make it. She Didn’t apologize or explain anything further rather just typed in a few things on the computer and told me my price . . . so assuming that the situation has been rectified I asked for a side of ranch which she said they had none of. 20 minutes later I come to pick up my pizza I wanted to talk to one of the pizza makers who was super sweet! as I’m trying to speak to her and attempted to give her a tip for her hard work and customer service the same African-American lady who took our order in the beginning, proceeded to physically get in between me and the worker. It was very uncomfortable and awkward. She told her something along the lines of “you can keep working” or “do you need anything else?”Something like that, I felt very bad for the lady who refused to take the tip. I began speaking to her in Spanish, which clearly made the initial woman irate. . Once I finally asked what her name was so I could properly complain she told me “if I want to tip the pizza worker I can it’s fine” I once again asked for her name after I asked for her name and she said something like. “Meachy” or “peachy”. I think it’s utterly rude how she treated me as a customer and what I assume to be her workers. Preventing them from speaking to guest and butting into conversations while giving lackluster service is insane. She does not need to be working at this location where people are trying to have an enjoyable atmosphere, maybe...
Read moreCame here from out of town after a ballgame. My husband went up to the window prior to closing to order a pizza and was told he could not order a pizza due to the closing time. There was a very limited selection of slices available, but he noticed some prepared pizzas on a rack behind the counter and asked if one of those could be purchased. The worker on duty(who stated she was the manager) said those were not an option. When he asked why, she didn’t have an answer. A few moments later, which would have been after the closing time noted by the “manager”, someone in our party (a female) went up to the counter to see if there were any slices still available. The same manager that my husband spoke to told her that they could make her a whole pizza because the slice she requested was not available. I approached the counter at that time to ask why another customer was given a pizza when my husband who came while the restaurant was open was denied. I stated that it seemed inappropriate and that exceptions shouldn’t be made because you would rather serve them than others. The manager was extremely rude especially when I told her she was serving someone from the same party she just denied service too. She began to raise her voice and point at me calling me the inappropriate one. She then pointed out that the other customer was nice. I told her again I didn’t not appreciate the inappropriate service and she continued to be rude. I walked away from the counter. Two minutes later the female in our party returned with not one, but pizzas given to her free of charge for her “being nice”. We were willing to pay and order on time, but apparently they give away free pizza to people they like when...
Read moreBeen going there for years but don’t understand their hours of operation. It’s located in a huge sports bar and during a Cowboys game on a Sunday afternoon and bar is VERY busy they are closed? On top of that Sunday night football is in an hour and people are still coming in. Love their pizza and will be back but in my opinion you’d want to be open during every event especially Cowboys games. Guess we’ll have to order pizza somewhere else on Football...
