I was really excited about this location, much closer to my house than any other Starbucks. Unfortunately the service is not so great. The woman taking my order advised me to hit green for a tip or red for no tip, she then stood there staring at the screen to see which I chose. I select red. Well even though I was the only one in the store she flattened my muffin and put cheese on my daughterās sandwich even though I asked for no cheese. My daughter is lactose intolerant so she couldnāt even eat the sandwich. Luckily the other girl working made my coffee so that was at least good given the 2 stars. If I go somewhere the staff is only paid $2.13/hr because they depend on tipsā¦I always tip at least 20%. Anywhere else, I donāt think itās my responsibility to...

When my drink was finally ready, I saw that another customer had already taken it to their table and then brought it back. Instead of remaking the drink like they should have, the staff just peeled the label off and tried to hand it to me as if it was freshly made. it was just the same drink that had already been out on someone else's table.
Thatās unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint and shows a lack of care for the customer. I had to insist that they remake it, and they still didnāt. I wonāt be coming back to...
