Really really wanted to love this place but unfortunately had a horrible experience. My boyfriend ordered one drink. I did not order anything. He wanted to close the tab. Took 45 min to do so. Finally as the bartender acknowledged she kept persisting him to take more shots. He said no multiple times & finally she went & asked me. I was unaware. Saw I assume the owner giving multiple people free shots they never paid, so I said yes thinking it was on the house & she asked me. She offered me the most expensive liquor I am new to alcohol & could barely hear so I was like sure! I was like that’s awesome family owners businesses giving back to their customers. We get the bill only charged for one drink awesome. We go to pay and the bartender says wait & we wait for another 20 min. She charged the wrong person apparently for the shots after making us take some! Our bill TRIPLED $20 per shot. I explain to the other bartender the situation & she just looks me dead in the eyes with no emotion & says nothing I can do and wants me to pay. I pay then go to the front. The bartender then lies to the owner saying we wanted the shots & she never insisted. LIES!!!! The owner & front worker at the restaurant were very very nice. Eventually got a refund. The owner tried offering us shots we said no. The place is beautiful but needs a lot of work. Will not be coming back & would advise everyone not to if you are not friends with the owner...
