My friend and her niece raved about this spot and how it was owned by a young girl who was able to open her business with her savings. I was intrigued, especially by the theme and concept of the place.

As my friend, her niece, and I walked in we were greeted by the young girl Olivia, who is the owner. She was at the cash register taking our orders and she was friendly. After I informed her it was my first time there she informed me about the process and once I finished getting my drink then I would go pay at the cash register.

There are two doors before you get inside the place which helps since the day I was there it was too windy and cold. The interior was very busy with their theme decorations (space theme), and holiday decorations, and the seating had two large tables with two cushioned benches on each table. There are also tables and chairs for kiddos which is amazing since a lot of places aren't really kids friendly. This spot is kid-friendly and welcoming.

They have mini sample cups for you to sample their drinks and toppings (please be mindful though, don't take advantage). I sampled 3 of their drinks and decided to go with a large cup of Honeydew Milk Tea with boba and pudding/custard.

The honeydew milk tea was delicious and it wasn't too sweet, for me it was perfect so I didn't have to add tea to make it less sweet. They gave an option of making your drink less sweet with their unsweetened teas. Olivia thought of everything. You go girl. Their boba was soft, warm, fresh, and chewy which is how it's supposed to be not like other boba spots where their boba is rock solid.

What a fantastic find & literally the BEST boba tea we have ever had! This place is family friendly, has an excellent selection of teas and a ton of boba, popping boba, & jellies! They also have great cookies, food and other sweets, like homemade marshmallows. We were mostly impressed by the owner of Rocketbelly, Miss Olivia, who kindly greeted us & welcomed us the minute we walked in the door! She is an impressive & determined, 10 year old young lady, who is a true entrepreneur, a homeschool scholar and certainly loves what she does! She decides the boba tea flavors, the cookie flavors/designs and also what is offered in the entire business. She is supported by her whole family, who all work hard alongside her! It is Miss Olivia who will tell you that she wants you to sample each and every flavor of tea, as well as sampling any boba you might want in your drink. She wants you to be a fully satisfied with your own boba creation when you leave her shop! Don’t forget your chicken with rocket sauce, honey butter fries, beef sticks & unique cookies!

Miss Olivia is the star of the shop! She wants customers, both grown ups and kids, to feel welcome and to enjoy a special treat that she has creatively made just to bring smiles!

We love supporting small businesses, especially those owned by young entrepreneurs! Make no mistake, this place is built with love, hard work, creativity, determination & dedication! This is the one of the very best self serve Boba Tea places in Texas, & quite possibly the entire USA! We will be back for sure and can’t wait to share our great experience with all of our friends! I come here regularly for board games on Monday nights, and Rocketbelly is a one of a kind boba shop.

The self serve tea and boba is a great concept, and the unlimited free samples alongside the limited time flavors lets you come up with some really unique and creative drinks that you don't see at other shops. They have extra tea on hand to help dilute the drinks if it's a bit too sweet for you. Since I've been going, I've seen the menu expand with sour popping boba and other ingredients, so you'll never have the same experience coming here.

The food here is really solid too. My personal recommendation is the wings with the ancho chili sauce, and the honey butter fries are good too, if a bit messy to eat. Keep in mind that most of the food here is fried, so I wouldn't come in here expecting a light meal. I believe that the owners are aware of this and are planning on expanding the menu in the future.

The staff here are really nice and Olivia and her family are very invested in the restaurant and the customer experience. When the AC had issues last time, they ran out and bought some fans to keep us cool.

Overall, a great place to hang out with friends, especially late at night. Rocketbelly is a gem and I wish...
