I came here on Saturday to watch the fight and honestly to think that because they’re charging entrance to watch the fight they would have their capacity and know how many ppl fit in a small bar area since the main bigger space was being used for a private event. my husband and I went around 7pm to get a good seat at the bar and watch the fight first we ordered two beers and I gave my card to start a tab. Got charged $28 and they said i wasn’t being charged it was just to start the tab? I paid no mind cause I was trying to have a good time, by the time the fight was gonna start the bar was full to where there was ppl coming in front of us at the bar where the was no more space right by the end of the bar and still would order food and eat literally right at my face I asked hostess if there was anywhere they could move the 3 ppl eating in front of us cause there was no space or chairs for them so we couldn’t even see the fight the hostess said there’s no where to sit them like? What why keep letting ppl pile up on top of ppl and charge the entrance if there’s nowhere for them to sit at that’s just ridiculous anther thing I gave my card to start a tab and paid with a different card my card was charged $127.54 and my husbands card was charged $188 that’s including tip that is added to ur tab they rush u at the end of the night cause they’re so busy charging everyone that their original tip was $30+ being a 25% of our tab what happened to 15% ? It was just me and my husband it wasn’t a big table of 6+. It’s Wednesday and I still haven’t received my $127.54 back so I’m here to say if you’re going here with a budget take ur cash or go somewhere else more organized for the amount spent we could of definitely gone somewhere else and got our moneys worth instead of having strangers eating nachos right in front of my face and nothing could be done about it needless to say we won’t be coming back here again this was our second time giving this place a try and it was just as bad as the first...
Read morePretty nice place. The atmosphere is pretty cool, and we went right before an Astros versus Rangers game so it was packed, shoulder to shoulder in some places (and this was two and a half HOURS before the game). This place looks like a mini shopping mall inside, two levels, huge screen that can be divided a huge number of ways to show sports games, etc. Pretty awesome. Went to Lockhart BBQ inside and you the taste and flavor of the sausage and barbecue was pretty darn good. The price was actually very decent considering where this was but the cost of the beer was ridiculous, $15 for a pint, come on guys you can do better!!! There are other places inside such as a Karbach beer place that just serves pretty much whatever Karbach makes! Didn't buy anything there so I don't know if the prices for beer over there are any different than Lockhart BBQ but I would imagine not. In the common areas there is literally alcohol and bars everywhere. They call this an "entertainment complex" and I think they got that just right. It is free to go inside and walk around, but if you sit down and don't at least get a beer, they will try to make you feel pretty uncomfortable to move on. So don't just plan on sitting and resting anywhere there because as soon as you sit they are going to put the heat on you to buy extremely overpriced alcohol. If you really want to sit and not be bothered, do so in some of the places that belong to the hotel right next door. Speaking of, there's a pretty neat looking bougie 'very Dallas' hotel next to it called Loews that looks pretty nice, so if money were no object and you were a baseball fan, it would really be a large weekend just right there between the hotel, Texas Live, and...
Read moreHello. I just wanted to share some feedback regarding our visit tonight. We are HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in our experience. We are from Wisconsin and are here for the Thanksgiving Cowboys game. It was our first time visiting your establishment and will be our last. Our bartender was awful. We ordered food and beers. That was his ONLY interaction with us. I was never asked how our food was or if I would care for another beer. I ordered the breaded bone in wings. I specifically asked if they were BREADED and was told they were. They were not. They were just wings, dropped in the fryer. They tasted awful. They were burned. My husband had the brisket butger and the burger was very hard. We also ordered the loaded cheeseburger tots which were ok but cold. We actually had to carry the leftover wings(my husband said he wanted them)out in a napkin because we weren't even asked if we would like a box. The bartender was more concerned with stuffing his own food(pizza)in his mouth and then taking his wallet out and counting his money than he was with taking care of us. When spending upwards of $100($82.84 to be exact)at any establishment, you would think and expect a but more friendliness and attention. I left hungry which is not ok in my opinion. Times are tough nowadays and when spending ones hard earned money, you deserve better. Your establishment was NOT a good time. I have been in customer service for 20+ years and would NEVER treat a guest the way we were treated tonight. Also, good buss staff is a wonderful thing but when they come to your table and start clearing when you're not even leaving yet and literally push their way in to get plates was VERY unsettling and quite rude. We definitely will not be...
