7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Arnold Township

I just had the oddest experience ant 7 brew in Arnold Mo. After placing my order and paying i was waiting in line, I pulled up to get my order at the end of the line and the girl there asked me how my night was going. I said fine. About 30 seconds went by while I was sitting there In my truck waiting for her to hand me my coffee and the girl said, um, we dont allow smoking on our property. I had a lit cigarette in my hand. I said oh? So YOU can't smoke here i guess? and she said no. And asked me if I would please put out my cigarette? I said, yeah I just want the coffee, I dont think im going to do that, but what exactly would you like me to do with it? She went inside and got a cup of water and held it out for me to put it in. I assumed because of her persistence that she was not going to give me the coffee unless i put this out? It was almost down to the end, so I put the cigarette in the cup, and she turned around and gave me my coffee. I told her that that was extremely weird. Concidering im in my truck, in a drive thru. i absolutely loved the kirkwood location so i was very excited and had high hopes for the arnold location, however ive been twice now and both times were quite a let down. on my first time visiting, the girl who took my order barely even spoke to me. she was quite rude and seemed like she did not want to talk to me or any other customers. she walked away mid interaction without saying a word to me and had another employee finish my transaction. i went again today with high hopes yet again. the employee who took my order this afternoon was fantastic and i really though that they had maybe worked out the kinks from last time. i got my drinks and pulled up to the stand to pay, i sat there waiting to pay for about 20-25 minutes while various employees tried to fix the payment issues they were having without communicating them to me. once the issue was resolved, they took my card and charged me twice? i was told the charges would be credited back to me so we will see if that’s the case. i would love if this location could work on their...

I love 7brew the drinks are always great and the customer service is usually good. The Arnold location however has been awful I’ve been there 3 times now and each time I get treated so rudely and I only ever see 3 employees actually working and like 9 just sitting around. One employee a blonde woman with purple glasses has helped me each time and they are way to anxious to be customer facing I don’t want to be mean to them but if you’re to anxious to say “how are you” or “thank you” maybe you should be the one making coffee not serving it. The last time I went all of their card machines were down and they couldn’t figure out so they gave me my drink then 20 minutes later took off with my card and charged it twice. I will be coming back because I’m a coffee addict but please get your act together and please stop...
