Bandana's Bar-B-Q Arnold — Restaurant in Arnold Township

Used to be one of our favorites...NOT ANYMORE!! We went last Friday (1/6/2023) just before 6pm. They greeted us, seated us and then the wait began. We waited 20+ minutes to order, another 60 minutes to simply feed the starving 5 year old and then an additional 20 minutes to get the adult food. And we only got the kid's food because I demanded it. I watched them pack 20 door dash/to-go orders and turn over tables on the other side of the room repeatedly, AND we watched three tables get disgusted and leave!!! Additionally, they told us "yes we have burnt ends" and then I watched them pack them all up in the to-go orders and my husband had to choose something else. They get a single star because the waitress tried hard and was very sweet. She gave us donut holes to help keep our granddaughter from eating her napkin! Manager delivered the food to the table and said NOTHING about the unacceptable wait! - My husband loves Bandanas and even he said we won't back for a long long time - Here's the thing people, perhaps get your noses out of the tablet and consider the people who actually came through the door. It's sad really...used to be such fun...

First time to visit and eat here. We travel quite a bit and always hope that the places we choose to eat at doesn't disappoint. Bandanas definitely did not disappoint us at all! Food was wonderful.... We ordered the Ribs for 2 dinner and it came with this incredibly long slab of ribs, 4 long pieces of garlic bread, big bowl of baked beans and a huge basket of fries. First I'll start with the ribs.... Each bite was VERY flavorful, tender and loads of meat on each bone. Did I mention that they had sliced the ribs between each bone. Such a wonderful surprise and treat. The garlic bread... you could smell the garlic before the bread reached your mouth.... it was scrumptious, tender on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The beans were heavenly! I never like a restaurants baked beans and was hesitant to taste theirs. The lightly smoky flavor came from the pulled pork bbq they add and it all has just the right amount of sweetness that keeps it from tasting like a dessert. Fries were good and thats it. Nothing really special. Wait staff was refreshingly friendly and attentive. We had ribs left over but...

We always love coming here! Everyone is so friendly and service and food are great every time! Last night we hosted a birthday dinner for my dad and the Bandanas crew were fantastic! I called to make the large group reservation using the form on their website, and was contacted almost immediately! The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful! Then when the day came for our large group reservation, we had about 10 people less than we were expecting, and the restaurant was very kind and understanding in our reservation change. When we arrived at the restaurant for dinner, I was greeted by the very kind and friendly GM of the place (so sorry I forgot her name) and was asked if the setup worked for us (it did!). From there, our server (also forgot her name, so sorry!) was so kind and attentive! The GM also checked on us through the dinner to make sure everything was going well! They even supplied us a knife and small plates to cut the cake we brought! We had a very nice night with good food and good service! I highly recommend using this Bandanas for parties, whether...
