I went there once looking for a power brick for an Xbox one right? So I go in and I say hello, do you possibly have a power brick for an Xbox one? There were 3 people behind this desk ya know? Y'all sold me a broken Xbox One controller model 1708 from 2016 that can't be paired because the pair button is smashed down into the controller. You also can't pair it by wire, either because it's a micro-USB port or because the firmware on the controller is out of date. I paid $50 for something that I can't use due to your store's negligence. You should make sure it can do the one thing it's supposed to do before it gets packaged. Went into GameStop to look around and my FIVE YEAR OLD SON had to use the bathroom and I asked the guy with glasses if I could take him to the restroom and he told me since they have consoles back there that customers aren’t allowed to use the restroom. I asked him if he thought I was a thief and he just looked at me and told me he couldn’t let us go back there. I said out loud to my family of four, “c’mon, we’re leaving!” We won’t return to this GameStop location ever again.
