I was coming in to get decorations for a Trunk-or-Treat for my church. I couldn't get out of the car with my 3 and 5-year old girls because that would have been traumatic for them. If I wanted to be scared or have my children scared, I would have taken them to a hunted house. You may not care about losing business from one person, but you should. They have a lot of really fun costumes and accessories for costumes at low price points. They also have really cool decor items for yard and home, and kids' costumes. Their make-up options are fun, too. I do wish they wouldn't participate in culture as costume. I also wish they had extended sizes, as much of their wearables only fit straight sizes. And I wish there could be a place to sit for folks who can't stand for a long period but are ambulatory. If I could I would give them a negative star. You are first on there list for display set up and told you have to e Wait till Halloween you never get a call that they are selling them sooner. And they sell them days before you show up first thing on Halloween before store even opens and are told the items that you were wanting were sold 5 days prior and you were never called the list means nothing and if this is how you do your customers we will be boycotting spirit stores.
