If I could rate this place 0 stars I would have. We went on a Saturday afternoon and was able to walk right up to the counter with no waiting in line. 7 workers were huddled up having a good time just talking and laughing and we had to wait for one to notice us before they told someone else that there was someone at the counter, that employee grabbed another employee to take our order. We then grabbed our items and got seated to wait for our food. Food came and the order was wrong. Tables were not being cleaned and the floors were filthy with food debris. It seemed like the employees and managers were too busy talking to each other and weren't taking outany time from having a chat to clean or provide the kind of customer service I have become accustomed to at Chick Fil A when I have visited other franchises. Our food arrived and the chicken tenders had been in the fryer too long and the batter was very dark ( almost burnt) and the chicken was dry. Two employees were seated behind us eating their lunch, I assume, and one of the employees was dropped the N word in reference to someone he was talking to on his phone. The whole experience was terrible. It might be worthwhile for corporate to visit here and see how badly this place is being operated. I will not be returning to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm writing this review after their renovation was complete, but all of this applied beforehand as well. I have eaten at several Chick-fil-As in the area and this one is on the lower end. My order is consistently off. Whether I made a modification to an item or ordered something exactly as it comes on the menu, I expect something to be missing or incorrect (I always have to pull out of the drive-thru and check my food before I leave). Their salad is probably the worst out of the Chick-fil-As in the area. They are also very stingy, withholding additional sauces or crackers/tortilla strips (I'm not sure if this is intentional or because they forgot, but it happens almost every visit). The service varies wildly, some workers are friendly, others are more concerned with their side-conversations or barely register a question you asked them. I rarely see the same employee twice, so I don't know if they're having a hard time keeping workers or if it's a management problem. I still go here frequently because it's convenient and it's nice to have a Chick-fil-A in Arnold, I just wish...
Ā Ā Ā Read more12/19/2018 Bad service. I went last week and the play place was closed with no explanation as to why. Drove 15 miles each way. Went this week at 8 a.m. and was told I could not sit by the children's area because some people playing bingo reserved all the tables by the children's area although NONE OF THEM HAD CHILDREN and could have easily reserved tables near the back of the store. Once again I drove 15 miles each way. The management on duty told me this is just what it is. Supposedly the area was reserved from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. but we were not allowed to eat in that area at literally 8:05 a.m.. The people setting up bingo were giving attitude while we walked thru the area until someone told us we were not allowed sit in that area. I will NEVER eat at this place again.... Rude management and rude people playing bingo.. Will now give all of my business to South County even though I must drive further.
Update 12/22/2018 The operator of this location still has not bothered to contact me regarding how rude his staff treated me...
