Fazoli's — Restaurant in Arnold Township

This particular location doesn't even deserve one star. There was a very young kid working the drive thru who seemed new. No big deal, he struggled to place my order correctly but I was patient. I ordered two fettuccine alfredo MEALS (with salad and drink) and 2 extra breadsticks. Our order was just shy of $25. We waited in line behind other vehicles for about 20 minutes. When it was our turn to pay at the window, I paid and was handed a bag of food. The kid said "Have a great day!" and closed the window. I had my boyfriend check the bag like always, while I knocked on the window to get the boys attention. He rushed back and I asked him if we could please have our drinks. He apologized and made them quickly. When he handed them to me, my boyfriend leaned over and let him know that we were missing our salads and extra breasticks. He said okay and shut the window. About 5 minutes later a very angry, what I'm assuming was supposed to be a manager of some sort, came to the window and said "give me the bag" as if we were lying. Dude, if I was going to lie, I wouldn't lie about a salad that probably cost you about 10 cents to make. I handed him the bag of food and he is digging thru it like an animal turning it inside out. He rolls his eyes and walks away. Another 10 minutes pass and he angrily walks back to the window, literally throws our salads and breadsticks into the bag of food that is now cold and tries to hand it back to me. I asked him if he included salad dressing. Again, rolling his eyes, gets a couple Ranch packets and chucks them in the bag. While reaching for the bag I told him thanks for fixing everything. I got nothing in return. Not a sorry or thank you or anything. It's a shame because my boyfriend and I really love Fazoli's, but we will not be back to...

All the food has been DOWN GRADED To a lowered standard than my Family had become Used to, there seems to be an intended CHEAPENING OF THE FOOD ,The salads were made with cheap Head lettuce when romaine was the standard & addition of cheap cheese's & no mozzarella made it even more disgusting, our entry's were also just as disappointing, I had a sampler (Ultimate) the Fettuccine Alfredo sauce was flavorless no garlic,the Lasagna was 3/4 inch & had barely any cheese's,on it or properly set layers for a standard of 2to3 inchs we have been use to for Fazoli's then Spaghetti W meat ball,was fair & the Penny pasta was fair the meat sauce had texture that seemed watered down,and was ordered as marinara never came & my grandchildren 2 of them had pizza & 1 plain baked chicken as did my wife ,the chicken was ordered to be divided into 2 bowl's & was not, we ordered Xtra meat balls & sauce & last the bread sticks weren't properly baked or seasoned. One plus was the pasta & know it's not cooked on site was ok.We at this point haven't any Reasons...
