Lion's Choice - Arnold — Restaurant in Arnold Township

Went here to the Arnold Missouri location, after a long day thinking king roast beef sandwich sounds good. I was there last customer of the day (apparently), but if they were not going to serve me actual food, I would have liked to of kept my money and went someplace else. Not only did this sandwich not even come close to a king roast beef, but this tiny little sad sandwich thing with what looked like what they cleaned up off of the slicer at night....disgustingness. You couldn't eat this if you wanted to, because it fell out of the bun when it was opened. Not one single slice of beef on this thing. I wouldn't feed this to a dog. I drove around immediately, since i opened this up before I drove away. They two guys inside turned their backs to me and were laughing. I did not get a receipt either, so I highly doubt they rang this as a sale and probably kept my money. I drove around to the drive up speaker and they ignored me and I knocked on the window too. Unfortunately the Arnold location is the LC close to where I am on Wed nights. This Location can NOT get a order right no matter how you spell it out. I love the Remix - rare with Ajus on the side plus a ounce . This past Wed I ordered two Remix`s rare with au jus and horsey . I was told the only rare they had was not warm . I said thats ok - I need to warm it up anyway . My bill for 2 sandwiches was over $30 . I got home & had 3 sandwiches- 2 remixes and one roast beef with no cheese on a hamburger bun ! Check your order before you drive away from the window. I used to love the rare roast beef and the remix. I need to go to another location or find a new sandwich. We went abt 9 pm and they close at 10 PM. And I ordered the barbecue beef and my husband ordered a large roast beef and we both ordered fries. Well, the large roast beef was well done and it’s usually medium well. I ordered the barbecue beef and it was all burnt with hardly any barbecue sauce on it and we ordered cold fries. Now you would think with it being that late at night. At least the fries would be warm. But no, it was a total waste of time and money. But, I called the next day and spoke to the manager Kayla and she offered me to come back anytime and order whatever I want. So, she was willing to make up for their mistakes and I appreciate that so maybe I should raise the two stars she at least four for that.
