My family and I went to Syberg’s tonight because we were close by the area getting family photos done and it seemed convenient. I have 4 kids between 3 and 12. We were told it was a 15-20 minute wait so we stayed. We waited 35 minutes to be sat. We were also sat on the bar side of the restaurant instead of the restaurant side where my children got to learn new profane words that they haven’t learned yet from drunk customers who were well over served. Our waitress was incredibly inattentive, we were at our table for 55 minutes before our food came, and my drink was empty most of the night. Also, I’m unfortunately gluten intolerant and the manager and waitress had different recommendations on what was gf and what wasn’t. They ended up making my food without seasoning it because the waitress was worried about the wheat but I’m positive it still had wheat given my trip to the restroom afterwards. I also received the smallest chicken breast I’ve ever seen in my life after waiting an hr and a half at the restaurant to get food. My 9 year old barely ate her Kraft Mac and cheese they made because it was dry and cold, and the rest of the family had stomach aches and felt sick on the ride home from the food. I also had to waive a waitress down after we ate to get our check because we’d been done for 20 minutes and I didn’t know where our waitress was. Will never go...
Read moreWe stopped into Syberg’s in Arnold late on a Monday night and were greeted with warmth despite the hour. They were hosting trivia, which sounded like a fun crowd event, we just missed the chance to join in.
Our server, Cheyenne, was incredibly attentive. She confessed she felt constrained by short staffing, but honestly, she went above and beyond. She made sure we had everything we needed and shared with us one of the things that really sets Syberg’s apart: their partnership with Dogs for Our Brave, Inc. — an organization that rescues dogs from shelters, professionally trains them, and provides them at no cost to wounded veterans.
It’s inspiring when a restaurant supports such a meaningful cause, and we were honored to contribute to their program. It adds a deeper layer to the dining experience when you know your dinner is also helping something bigger.
As for the food — it was outstanding. • My chicken strips were phenomenal: thick, juicy, and cooked to perfection. • My husband’s hot chicken melt was equally satisfying — full of flavor and well put together.
All in all, Syberg’s delivered a great late-night meal, warm service, and a genuine commitment to supporting veterans. We’ll definitely be back and next time, we hope to...

So we waited for him to return provel we noticed the table couple of hours from ours that people were sitting and all done clearly just having conversation that provided us with their condiments. Moving forward as we were eating he set a full soda down next my already full soda clearly he must have seen it... Needless to say I put the $20 tip back of my pocket...
