Who was good customer service went the greatest crazy but then again I was there ordering dinner at 11:00 I believe they stop serving 12:00 the waitresses was running around like their completely packed even know there was just a most people were at the bar on the other side you seemed a little frustrated when my phone did not work for there bar code scan for the menu and proceeded to say are you sure you're doing it right.....!sidye and said I guess I have to go get you a menu so after a few minutes are drinks and he disappeared we started to wonder if you was going to come back several minutes later I was like maybe we need to close our menus because they don't think we're stull looking even though it's been 10 I was able to get his attention to another waitress order food listen to came back set it down and walked away quickly not give you a chance to ask for condiments... So we waited for him to return provel we noticed the table couple of hours from ours that people were sitting and all done clearly just having conversation that provided us with their condiments. Moving forward as we were eating he set a full soda down next my already full soda clearly he must have seen it... Needless to say I put the $20 tip back of my pocket and gave $6.00

Shown in the picture here is the Chicken Strip Appetizer and the cost is $12. $12 WHOLE dollars for 5 little pieces of chicken. The chicken itself was pretty good so the quality was there but the value has to be some of the worst I've seen in a St Louis area restaurant. To put it in better perspective, our friends had ordered a kids meal with the same kinda tenders, you get 4 of them instead of 5 PLUS you get a side of fries AND it's about $4 less than the appetizer form. The cost between the 2 examples doesn't make sense. Either the appetizer is way overpriced or the kids meal is underpriced. It can't be only one or the other. For $12 I'm extremely disappointed. I can get a whole 6 piece chicken tender meal at Canes for probably the same amount or a little less and honestly it's better chicken and better sauce, IMO. PLUS you get fries, coleslaw, toast and a drink. Bad value here at Sybergs!!!

Of all locations, I only choose Arnold’s as their bartender, Danielle is amazing. With a zest of funny and quirky, her face amazes me as Abby Mallards does from the hit motion picture Chicken Little. Abby is a female duck with buck teeth and wears a purple shirt and some hairbands. Also, she has slight speech impediment and a long, asymmetrical face earned her an unfortunate nickname from the less polite children. Abby is obsessed with Modern Mallard magazine and has some pretty good advice for Chicken Little based on all the quizzes she’s taken and articles she has read. Likewise, she has come to terms with her homely appearance and takes a generally optimistic approach to life. Although the hectic lunch hours may seem like the sky is in fact falling, Danielle does everything to prevent that as she gets all orders correct and in a quick fashion. Oh and the wings are good too.

My family and I went to Syberg’s tonight because we were close by the area getting family photos done and it seemed convenient. I have 4 kids between 3 and 12. We were told it was a 15-20 minute wait so we stayed. We waited 35 minutes to be sat. We were also sat on the bar side of the restaurant instead of the restaurant side where my children got to learn new profane words that they haven’t learned yet from drunk customers who were well over served. Our waitress was incredibly inattentive, we were at our table for 55 minutes before our food came, and my drink was empty most of the night. Also, I’m unfortunately gluten intolerant and the manager and waitress had different recommendations on what was gf and what wasn’t. They ended up making my food without seasoning it because the waitress was worried about the wheat but I’m positive it still had wheat given my trip to the restroom afterwards. I also received the smallest chicken breast I’ve ever seen in my life after waiting an hr and a half at the restaurant to get food. My 9 year old barely ate her Kraft Mac and cheese they made because it was dry and cold, and the rest of the family had stomach aches and felt sick on the ride home from the food. I also had to waive a waitress down after we ate to get our check because we’d been done for 20 minutes and I didn’t know where our waitress was. Will never go...

We stopped into Syberg’s in Arnold late on a Monday night and were greeted with warmth despite the hour. They were hosting trivia, which sounded like a fun crowd event, we just missed the chance to join in.

Our server, Cheyenne, was incredibly attentive. She confessed she felt constrained by short staffing, but honestly, she went above and beyond. She made sure we had everything we needed and shared with us one of the things that really sets Syberg’s apart: their partnership with Dogs for Our Brave, Inc. — an organization that rescues dogs from shelters, professionally trains them, and provides them at no cost to wounded veterans.

It’s inspiring when a restaurant supports such a meaningful cause, and we were honored to contribute to their program. It adds a deeper layer to the dining experience when you know your dinner is also helping something bigger.

As for the food — it was outstanding. • My chicken strips were phenomenal: thick, juicy, and cooked to perfection. • My husband’s hot chicken melt was equally satisfying — full of flavor and well put together.

All in all, Syberg’s delivered a great late-night meal, warm service, and a genuine commitment to supporting veterans. We’ll definitely be back and next time, we hope to...
