It’s no wonder this place is rated so low I wouldn’t of even given it a one star if that was an option to give nothing I would have. I ordered about a month ago or less maybe shy of about three weeks my order was terrible the grease was literally dripping all over my clothes from the box of simply breadsticks their new cheese for the breadstick dip was awful ,very very distasteful both of my pizzas were ordered the wrong way the lady was rude when I ordered the pizza also seem to have an attitude and didn’t want to be there rolling her eyes because I was taking a minute to figure out what I wanted and mind changes That apparently she couldn’t handle . I bring the pizza home my chicken garlic Parmesan pizza had pepperoni on it I asked for two large pizzas one with pepperoni and one chicken style even the pizza look like it was sitting there maybe three days! after that I called Domino’s told them I could send it back and I took photos they said oh no pry that they would credit me for any pizza I’d like next time (only one pizza not my whole order) but I didn’t complain that is really not my style. I spent $50 for my family that day that’s a lot of money to just throw down the drain we did not eat anything that night that came from dominos because it was that bad guys 😖so to top it off Mr. Michael says he’s the manager Proceeds to tell me that there are no notes in my number saying that I had a free pizza whatsoever so I said obviously whoever I spoke to on the phone never notated that I had a free pizza that is not my fault I’m a single mother of three girls on a fixed income I told the man today was my birthday I called because I’d like to have my pizza now he said there’s nothing he could do for me it’s not in the system I’ve been in management before and I know there was some thing he could do for me .i gave him the information me begging and pleading with him after three times I of him saying he could do anything I began to get upset as anyone or human being would !!he said I can’t credit you because you’re getting loud and yelling at me really I’ve been very calm up until now and he was very coldhearted rude like I’m just somebody who’s trying to get a freebie when he could simply even see my profile saw the order his self and Even continue to read it off to me so I am very disappointed with dominos Thinking about Covid ,inflation and how things have been I don’t feel this company cares about anybody but their selfs! So sad they will be continuing to rip people off, providing horrible service any one else would be locked up for theft and they are getting away with exactly that Happy...
Read moreAs a regular Domino's customer, I'm generally a fan of their pizza, however there's a recurring issue with order readiness that has become increasingly frustrating at this Arvada location.
The last three or so times I've placed an order online for pickup, the Domino's app provides an estimated ready time – an "approximate" time, as they call it. I always try to time my arrival precisely with this estimate, expecting to pick up my hot pizza and be on my way. Unfortunately, upon reaching the store, I'm almost always told that my order will be another 10 minutes.
This consistent delay, even after the app indicates readiness, is quite inconvenient. It means that what should be a quick pickup turns into an extra wait. For busy individuals, those extra 10 minutes can throw off plans.
It's particularly disappointing because the online ordering system builds an expectation of efficiency. When that expectation isn't met repeatedly, it diminishes the overall customer experience. I understand that "approximate" allows for some leeway, but when it's consistently off by the same margin, it suggests a potential disconnect between the online system's estimates and the actual kitchen's capacity or workflow.
I hope the management at this Arvada Domino's location can address this issue. Improving the accuracy of their ready-time estimates, or perhaps even proactively communicating delays, would significantly enhance the customer experience and reduce the frustration of waiting. The pizza is great, but getting it in a timely manner, as promised, would make it...
Read moreI have mixed feelings about this Domino's, when I first started ordering from them there were so many mistakes made with my order, I got so tired of calling back and telling them that the order was incorrect, I had started finding out the best time to order, the staff during the evening hours was the best less mistakes were made and the manager Mike was great, very pleasant to talk with, then one day I called to place a order, we decided to try something new which were the stuffed cheesy breads 3 different kind cheese only, Spinach&Feta and Bacon&Jalapeno, and the Penne Pasta, one of the orders was pasta, sandwich and a spinach & feta cheesy bread with jalapenos I said no bacon ( I don't eat pork nor beef) the bread came with bacon and the sandwich with no sauce, yes I called to report it, the guy that took the order apologize and sent me some sauce but like I told him the issue is getting my order right, the next time we ordered it was 2 spinach/ feta cheesy bread with jalapenos, pasta, 2L sprite and 4 sauce cupsand we tip the driver well, I had to call and thank them for finally getting my order correctly and the next time I ordered 2 cheesy bread, plus the specialty chicken, I cancelled the order the girl was rude and so was the manager, I will never...
