Less than zero stars. ☹️ First we tried the door because we wanted to eat inside. Unfortunately the doors were locked and it was drive-through only. It would’ve been nice to know if their sign had been on the outside door so that I wouldn’t have to take my child out of the car seat. Few words can say how awful our experience was using the drive-thru at this horrible restaurant. We paid for our food in a normal fashion and then pulled up to the window. We were given the drinks in record time. Then they slid this greasy bag and two happy meal boxes through the window. As soon as I tasted one of the fries I immediately stated that we wanted fresh fries. Then a young lady told us to wait on the side and they would bring us out fresh fries. I also mentioned that there was no ketchup in the bag and that they had forgotten the dipping sauce for my child’s nuggets. All of which I was told they would bring out to me. My husband and family waited in the van with me for several minutes and some guy came out without anything in his hands. This man appeared to be A manager. He said that he was not going to give us fries because “I know that they were fresh“. He said that he saw them going into the bag and that he knew that they were fresh. I then began to tell him that I am 43 years old and I know what fresh McDonald’s fries taste like. I started to say that perhaps the oil might be old and that we need ketchup and ranch when he decided to start walking away while arguing that the fries were fresh. Then I asked him for his name and he said I’m not giving you my name. He is a white male around 5’8 And I would guess he was in his 30s. What a jerk!! So now I have a toddler with no ranch sauce and 3 containers of inedible fries. I Will NEVER come back to this location. Please McDonalds hire better people and recognize that when you lose customers, you lose money. To think that this man is a manager astounds me. By the way I got a grease stain on my skirt because the bag was so greasy... it’s in the washing machine as I’m writing this. Read more20170906 App shows coupon for free bigmac meal at this location for just downloading the app. Got there to order and the coupon was gone from the app. Spent 20 - 30 minutes getting it to show the coupon. Had to turn off then on location. Finally shows up. I order the meal and then I have to buy something with it to get the deal. 10 minutes to get the order to work with an ice cream. I wanted it special ordered sandwich and the kid picking the order says 'well, they already made it'. I replied to him 'your not going to say that to me, your going to fix my order'. He gladly took care of it. Cashier was awesome, he tried so hard to get my coupon order from the app to work. No salt on fries and patties were cold. Staying at two stars
20170801 Just loaded the app. Scared to go back to this location. It's a roll of the dice for quality and attention.I don't believe the owner/operator is concerned about the customers that pay for quality from this location. I believe the owner/operator is very attentive to the bank deposit. The managers must train their staff how to provide quality, but why does it not reach the customers before, during and after the transaction. Would the owner/operator clean a restroom, take a customer order, cook some food, wipe a table, take a customer's order, work in the store as if they were a regular employee just starting? I would hope so. An owner/operator like this is who I would be proud of buying from for attempting to be a regular person, showing they care for their customer, employees, and the community where they own and operate. This store drastically deviates from what the McDonald's brothers first started. There are many McDonald's stores sinking in the same boat.
I hope I get an opportunity to give all of you some wonderful feed back. I will be in there at some point for food. I have enjoyed McDonald's and hope there will be a day the service they will provide that...

Seriously horrible customer service. Walked in 6:09 pm. Placed order, receipt says went through at 6:15 pm. Ordered a slushy drink, coffee and 3 pack of cookies. 10 min later, see people who ordered behind us getting food. Slushy is sitting behind counter now juice and ice are separated, coffee next with lid half off and cookies no where in sight. Tried to ask employee for help as she walked by but completely ignored me, asked for help in English and Spanish just in case that was the issue. Nada. 5 min later we ask for a refund and employee said they were too busy to help.
Bailed on inside staff. Waited another 10 min in drive through and asked for refund from car with now screaming children. Food would be junk by then, if they even ever made the cookies. Manager comes out and tells us the employee said they've been calling us. I told her maybe while we've been in line in drive thru not when we were inside and she basically told me I was incorrect and the employee was telling the truth. I asked if that's their policy here, that employees are always right. She closed the window on me. A few minutes later handed me my money with out apology. I let her know a sorry goes a long way and she's super classy for closing the window on people when they are talking.
Whoever owns this restaurant should take a better look at management, attitudes are the worst. You can be busy and polite. There are two McD's 5 min drive from here. Do not attempt this one. Will...
