Unfortunately, we had a bad experience on 8/23/25 at around 10:40pm, the lady who was a host but also our server did not greet us in a happy way or in any way at all, instead as soon as my partner & I walked in, I was greeted with a nasty look. I even told my partner “wow, they aren’t happy we are here.” The lady was very obviously upset bc we came one hour before closing as if that’s a crime… LOL. Your hours are your hours for a reason.. it was two of us.. 20 min before closing.. okay. I can see why they’d be upset, that wasn’t the case for us! Nonetheless, it’s your JOB to serve guests until closing time! If you want to close early, take that up with management, don’t take it out on guest who just wanted to go out on a date & unfortunately Chik Fil A was closed! You would think, okay not too bad just a dirty look, we can look past that, but than it’s not even like 11:17pm & they started mopping around us.. so that made us feel like they were trying to rush us out! My partner informed me our server just kept giving us weird looks & staring at our table along with a blond gal that was closing that night as well & was also the one who started mopping! Even more uncomfortable now, so now at this point I was still going to tip my server at least 5% because I felt bad, but instead we left her NOTHING. Make guest uncomfortable & feel unwelcome you will not get tipped! For future reference, nobody is forcing you to work & you can go get a degree if you hate your job so much, I never understand how people expect to make money if they can’t even handle a guest coming in 1 hour before close. Anyways, the server was just upset she had to actually do her job that she is there for… even though I’m sure she has done the same to other restaurants/places! Read moreLast 3 experiences have been awful! Rude staff. Lazy staff. And INCOMPETENT cooks. As a frequent customer I know you have done better in the past. This location with the Ihop Go nonsense 30 minutes over the expected pick up time ??? Young man waiter waited to long to take a order we almost walked out. 20 minutes to take our order without asking if we needed more time. Had to ask for a refill on an empty cup.... Mind you I take into account how busy they are... This last incident was not a server issue. She was very helpful and did everything she possibly could for her guest... Being pregnant I have to request eggs fully cooked. On receiving my food my egg was runny. Therefore I could not eat my meal. My husband called to inquire about it 20 minutes after bringing it home. The gentleman on the phone said he didn't want the food back and you'd leave a note for the manager to call him back to reimburse him for the item of food that was improperly cooked upon request. It appears 2 Days Later I manager bothered calling my husband back after my husband waited on hold he was in told to call back an hour later to deal with the issue. Read moreAs a customer, I always appreciate restaurant staff and tip well. However, last night (2/28) I came in to pick up what was supposed to be a curbside pickup. The server/cashier was not pleasant at the get go and kept snapping at people "there are only 2 people working." I waited my turn all the while my food behind her was getting cold. When I thought there was a break in what she was doing, I informed her I was picking up my order behind her. She immediately snapped at me, again reiterating that there were only 2 people working. Seems to me to be a restaurant issue, not mine, but she was taking her frustration out on the customers. This server should not be working with the public if this is how she deals with customers. I certainly didn't appreciate this treatment. When I snapped back at her she threatened to report me. To whom?? the manager? Good! No, she said if I said one more thing she was going to report me to DoorDash. I then informed her that I was not associated with DoorDash. She didn't know what to say, because she knew she overstepped, grabbed my bag of food and I was on my way. Yes, my food was stone cold when I went to eat it and certainly not worth the price I paid.
