So, I love the staff that who work at this store, however, corporate Starbucks has ended my business with them due to the change in the Matcha Tea. I can't drink coffee, so the only reason I have gone to Starbucks for the past 6 years was the discovery of their Matcha Tea. Sadly, corporate Starbucks has chosen to ruin it and stop using the matcha powder that came pre-sweetened. So, now each location has to add sweetener and it tastes like crap. One tasted disgustingly bitter. One tasted like almonds and one tasted like diet sweetener. All tasted like crap. And were wholly undrinkable. Not sure what sweetener is being used but it has a different grotesque flavor every time. Starbucks' matcha tea now tastes horrible like Dutch Bros and Ziggis, both of whom use non pre-sweetened matcha and then add sweetener. And that is why I have never gone to Dutch Bros or Ziggis. Because their Matcha sucked. And now so does Starbucks. Worst of all, the matcha portion tastes very weak. Whereas the old Starbucks Matcha was perfect in ratio of strong matcha flavor and sweet. It was amazing. And I could increase the strength without being charged and arm and a leg. Now if you increase it the drink is $10 instead of $7 and it tastes ungodly no matter what. So, sadly, I am back to making it at home and not buying expensive Matcha Tea anywhere. Again, this was my only reason for going to Starbucks, because even at home I could not get the great taste of the original Starbucks, pre-sweetened matcha. Not sure what corporate clown made this decision, but it lost them a customer. Where do I file a complaint with corporate Starbucks. Because with all companies, it is not the locations nor the staff that ruin things, it is always the corporate clowns. It is my hope that one day Starbucks will just leave things alone and stop trying to reinvent the wheel. Because it only ruins it rather than making it better. I bid thee a sad goodbye Starbucks. Read moreThis is the first time I had been to this location, I took my oldest daughter in and we spent the whole morning here, she enjoyed the food and her coffee drink, I definitely enjoyed my coffee the atmosphere but most important of All was the customer service that initial welcomed as we continued our day here while I was in a workshop and she had her day off from school when we came home she said thank you for such a great day , part of that was because of where we were so thank y'all! Having time with her as I have 3 other children and it was much needed mother daughter time, so thank you Starbucks A- Team Y'all are just that! Once the lady was finished making my boyfriend's drink we noticed it was a cup smaller than what we ordered. I politely told the lady that I had ordered a Venti and she sighed and rolled her eyes and said, "I'm pretty sure you ordered a Grande but I'll make it for you." And this was in front of other customers and everything. Then she turned to the guy who took our order and said, "The last order, apparently it was a Venti instead of a Grande."
