Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Asheboro

Everytime I come here their drive thru is a chaotic disaster, yes they take your order and your money promptly however from there it is all downhill in in the most extreme sense. I was asked to pull forward however the 10 people ahead of me were also asked to pull forward so there have been times I have not even been able to get out of the drive-thru because they’ve got people pulled to the side waiting on their order when I go to the parking lot there’s more people waiting on your drive-through order so I will go inside where it is such a chaotic disorganized experience I watched the manager remake and hand a woman the wrong blizzard 4 different times I was asked repeatedly what I was waiting for and repeatedly answered with that one item I was waiting on after 30 minutes of standing inside waiting on my one item I was finally given the wrong item but could not tolerate to wait any longer the other customers standing there and myself were in such disbelief of how unorganized and unprofessional the manager and her staff were; a DoorDash at one point a group of girls walked through the door and the manager said sorry we’re not taking any more orders even though they were open for another hour every time I go there this is my experience chaos disorganization needless to say my last trip there will probably be my...

This place is slow and disorganized , we went there around 3 pm and ended up there well over 30 min after having to call out the fact that our order was totally forgotten about and after over 20 min . After they realized this they just started making the order after the manager had no idea how to give us a refund that we requested because " she has never given a refund" no apologies, nothing to try to make us happier to make up for the mistake, just a remark from the manager that I shouldn't be rolling my eyes after waiting 20 min for an order that wasn't even started and I almost didn't make it to an important appointment shortly after . My son was told to not come back though for complaining. The manager here needs to be replaced . She doesn't know how to run a restaurant or even give a refund or how to treat her customers so the situation escalated . That's fine , we won't be back anyway . My God ..what a way to treat loyal customers that have tolerated your poor customer service for too long and finally decided to speak up. The wait time is always ridiculous but this one...

Decided to go to Dairy Queen because we had the blizzards while on vacation at another location and they(blizzards) were great. This location was not even close by any stretch of the imagination. First we were told to pull up behind a white truck which we did. Then we proceeded to wait longer than our actual trip to this location!!!!! After the drive-thru was empty and other orders were taken out to people (not us of course) . We were asked by I'm assuming a shift lead what our order was again. Mind you this is the same person that took our order... After he still didn't come back I then decided to go in figure out if the had to make the ice cream from scratch at this point... I explained that I was waiting on 3 medium blizzards one of the ladies says "we're working on them" like it was no big deal. I said my goodness twenty minutes later!! I said I've been in the drive-thru for twenty minutes!! This totally unacceptable!!!! The blizzards are the only star about our visit!
