First off this was our first time eating here. The one close to Americans Roadhouse. I was very disappointed. I got very sick after eating their and am still sick today( Sunday).I got 6 wings and my son got a 8" pizza. The pizza looked like one of those party pizzas you purchase at the grocery store for 99 cent. The wings were charred on oneside . The server booted two dollars off the order because I wanted all drumettes and no flats. She said the person cooking them didn't know the difference. (really). The person that seated us put us back in the very back with a party and many other people no social distancing. The party had a young boy that was so loud all around us were complaining that we couldn't enjoy ourselves because he was so loud, the interesting thing was he had about 9 adults around him and none of them corrected his behavior they continued to allow him to scream at the top of his lungs, his Mother who the birthday party was for was more concerned about eating and the clothes she got as presents. The tables were full of pizza boxes could not see anything beyond the party table and the screaming kid. When we were done and got to checkout that was pathetic. The phone was blowing up ringing off the hook and the only girl I can give any credit to for trying to do anything was the girl picking the phone up. She finally said to the girl at the register I can't keep answering this phone. So as we waited and to the time we checked out no phone was answered, no thank you for coming No Nothing!!!!!
If I could give 0 I would if I can offer advise go across town and watch the CJ's girls and get some tips on kindness and respect.Don't worry you want see me again.Thank you...
Read moreI was back in NC for 3 months and ate a gluttonous amount of this because it is so ridiculously on point. Between the delicious chef salad, a large pepperoni with extra cheese, crackers, and the BOMB ranch, I was more than willing to risk my health for how good this is. I bragged about this place for 4 years to my gf of Oregon and after trying the pizza, she agreed that there was no other place that can make a pie that tasty out here that we've tried. If they were to open a location in Vancouver or Portland they would have customers out the door every day, to the point there would be a mob out break between the customers in the parking lot, pushing and shoving each other just to try and get somebody out of the way in their line. It would get so bad that eventually it would cause a citywide panic where not even the police would be able to contain it because they themselves would be rioting for the deliciousness...
Read moreThis restaurant use to be great but more recently their staff has had a horrible attitude for no real reason. If you close at a certain time, those hours should be listed. We walked in at 9:14 on a Saturday, on here is says they close at 10. Well instead of just saying they close at 9:30 and arent seating anymore, the girl huffed, crossed her arms and asks my husband what time it is and rolled her eyes at him. Then some other random customer that looked like he thought he was redneck wolverine copped an attitude when I said "Oh, Im sorry. Your google profile says you close at 10" and started turning around to leave. There was no need to have such a horrible attitude, but that causes people to not want to come. I sure hope that this changes because they will be out of business in the blink of an eye if...
