The beans were super salty, I was unable to enjoy my burrito. The tripa tacos had no type of flavor as well as the carne asada, the only good thing were the salas. I’m not going to comment on the wait time just because the lady taking the orders was the same person cooking and she was hit with multiple orders when she was by herself. The La Casita restaurant has a physical plant history with me. Back in 1991 - 1992, I ate in this same building once per week. Back then, it was country cooking that packed out the place. Today, Jose rocks the place with crazy authentic Mexican dishes. I've had tacos on two different occasions, and they are heavenly. The meats are super juicy, and the vegetables and herbs are extremely fresh. I once again am making this a weekly stop. i went there when they had a buffet, which looked nasty, with not much to choose from. i ordered tacos al pastor which were supposed to come with sliced radishes and grilled onions. it was served with neither. when i asked about it, they said they were out of radishes but did fry up some onions. they then tried to over-charge me at the register. i saw today on news 2 that they just received an 85 on their health inspection for not having a safety mgr on duty and storing raw meat inmcorrectly among other things. i highly recommend to...
