I arrived around 11:05am and there were three tables that were occupied at the time. I was unable to place an order over the phone, no one answered. Went in person and placed a to go order. The order: 2 lunch chimichangas with chicken, side of beans. 1 chimi-Verde and an order of cheese dip. After a 45 minute wait and other orders to go placed after being addressed were received before mine, I received my food and went to the car and did not have the correct order. Apparently there was a misunderstanding on the order. I go back to the restaurant and a man in a button down shirt asks what it was supposed to be. He goes to the back I hear the waitress saying "she said beans" and four staff members looked towards me at the register and then other things were said that weren't audible. If you're going to talk about a customer where they can hear it address it with them and when someone orders chicken chimichangas that doesn't mean bean chimichangas. Then the second time I receive the order, it was missing the cheese dip. The two men in button down shirt were polite when addressing the issues. Read moreWe are/were frequent customers,3-4 times a month at least. last night was the my food was horrible. First off we’re asked our waitress twice for salsa when she brought another basket of chips, never got it because every time she left our table she stopped and talked to the couple 4 tables back.I am not one that send back food ,but they brought out our food, my black black beans on my skillet were refrigerator cold,so when we finally got our waitress attention again and she takes my plate away instead of just bringing me new beans. Then when my plate comes back and I start to eat I tell my husband it tastes horrible. I push my chicken back and the entire bottom of my skillet is full of greasy liquid. The bottom of my rice was even soggy and a brown color. I just couldn’t eat it, it was that bad. The waitress came to the table as were we ready to leave, gave us our check and asked if we needed a box. My husband said no and showed her my plate. She told him to talk to the manager, who completed just dismissed my husband and didn’t even care what was said. Read moreI always try to come here to eat with my family but when we last came today, we were treated like foreigners. I understand that they were busy and our waitress had many tables, but when I ordered a simple flan with strawberries, chocolate syrup and whipped cream, it came out with only a cherry and whipped cream, I was lied to and told they were out of strawberries and chocolate syrup. Before we left our daughter ordered a chimi cheesecake to go, and when my daughter opened it, there was chocolate syrup on it, meaning they had some all along. When I called back to make a complaint, the lady said her boss wasn't there and nothing she could really do. She also stated they didn't have chocolate at the time and I would have to call back the next day to get it straightened out. I know a place has to have supporting managers to keep the place in order, I work in the food service industry. If the supporting manager can't make a simple call to remake the food correctly or give a refund, maybe they need better training. We may not be returning, they will lose a loyal customer.
