EDITED FOR RESPONSE:: Im not sure where you get the idea that I turned in those recliers months later when it wasnt even a week after I got them?, and i have my purchase reciept as well as a text that an employee sent me that showed my purchase date and credit balance, a safety net to verify my return that your guys picked up.! It took me months to replace them, not turn them in, which is why I should have just gotten a refund, for furniture that had manufacturers defects.
Welcome to the world of glue and particle board. This place sells junk for outrageous prices. Terrible policies and one employee, a woman, has an absurd lack of integrity. I don't feel like going into my personal experience because it's too much to say and I don't feel like it. But I will say, there is no good deals here. I will say this much, I had a store credit "for a return with manufacturers defects". I almost used that credit for a sectional that was marked down from 1'900-1'400 ish, which is a joke. It was like sitting on a brick and had no warranty because it was on sale? I ended up going to Rooms to Go and got a beautiful, comfortable sectional that was also on sale for under 1500. And got a three year warranty! I finally found something that I can live with and sort of needed to use up that store credit. Im disgusted none the less that i got jupped into having to buy anything from them. I will never shop here again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I'm not sure why I thought they had good prices, when in reality they over state prices, pretending to give you a good deal when it's marked down, and taking the warranty away because its marked down, unbelievable! Months later your left with broken furniture with no warranty. Oh, and pay attention to their responses. I feel it confirms their buisness practices as well as their lack of respect for...
Read moreWe ordered couches on September 16 and were told a lead time of 2 weeks, at most 3 would be needed to get the couches in. Fast forward to now: 6 weeks later, we still have no couches. My issue isn’t exactly that the couches are taking longer to arrive, although it’s frustrating I understand things happen.
My issue however is that this warehouse offers no communication or insight. We have called and called only to get no answer 9/10 times. You have to absolutely light up their phone line to get someone on the phone. Coupling that, with some negative reviews you can find here online of similar experiences (we were negligent on reading reviews before ordering these couches unfortunately) I have no faith in these guys pulling through. I don’t have to have the couches in 3 weeks like they said, but some communication from their end would be helpful.
I was able to get someone on phone today, at 10:48 after calling 9 different times since they opened at 10. I explained to the young lady on the phone my concern and all she mentioned was that she doesn’t do anything with the ordering. I told her I’d like to establish a time frame to receive my refund if the couches haven’t arrived yet and she told me she doesn’t do refunds and that I would have to call back and get someone on the line that does.
So now I get to chase these guys around trying to get someone to answer the phone again and now also dispute these charges with my bank. Furniture market, please make this easy! I hate adding on to the pile of negative reviews. You guys should have an active voicemail and at least make attempts to reach out to your customers on your...
Read moreWe bought a couch here. Man selling couch, great! Lady in charge of customer service (owner? wife) she was completely horrible. We bought the couch in Nov 2024 to bring to the beach. Got it to beach & up flight of stairs. Opened it & there was a square hole in the arm, right in top completely visible. Yellow material showing. I called & asked about returning for a replacement. We did this bc we had bought the warranty for $149. Otherwise we would have patched it ourselves. We just now (Nov 2026) have gotten a replacement couch. The lady didn’t listen to my husbands question. We asked could she order the replacement & let us bring the other couch when that one comes in. We don’t live in Asheboro so we would have several trips including getting it back to the beach. Not once did she say “We can’t do that, we need your couch first.” Instead we don’t find out that no replacement had been ordered for several months when we call back to see if our couch is in yet. So then we got our first couch back to them. She was not pleasant to work with. We called back several times to check on the status of our new couch. We were told bc of the tariffs it would take longer. A year later we have a couch hopefully with no holes. I just don’t recommend for customer service after the purchase. FYI, there are restrictions to returns.
Update: got new couch assembled. The below pictures show that one arm rest has...
