Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Asheboro

2/1/2025 If I could give a negative star review to this store I would! The management at this store has gone so bad! We had a terribly bad experience here several months ago where the staff and shift manager played immature phone games with us when we called in to complain about getting a completely wrong order and burned pizzas. But we thought we would give them another try. Boy were we totally wrong! Yesterday evening we ordered two deep dish pizzas on the app. Arrived at the location to pick up the pizzas at 5:36 per the app, and only one pizza was ready. We were assured that they were working on the other Pizza and it would be out in a few minutes. After 15 minutes the cashier said she would check on the pizza if I would just wait a few minutes. Another 15 minutes went by when she finally went back to check and they had not even made the second pizza. She informed me that they would be working on the pizza and I would just have to wait a few more minutes. We ended up waiting another 25 minutes before inquiring when they would have the pizza finished, seeing as though the first pizza was now cold. I asked to speak with the manager and was told by the cashier that she would not be able to come out that she was busy. I asked for my money back at one point in time and the cashier told me that she could not do that because she didn't know how to. So we basically waited an hour for two pizzas we paid $35 for, one that was cold before we even left the restaurant. This restaurant was for many years the best store, but when this new management came in it has gained the title of the worst restaurant ever... Staff, food... Everything. I went back the next day to speak to the store manager and they were not available to speak with. I went online to request a refund and file a complaint and was told I can't request a refund after 24 hours. What an absurd joke! If corporate reads these messages, you need to reevaluate your management and staff choices! You have officially lost another family... No more...

I recently visited a Little Caesars location, and I was shocked and appalled by the working conditions I witnessed. On a day where temperatures outside soared above 90°, the inside of the restaurant felt even hotter. With no air conditioning and the relentless heat from pizza ovens and the constant opening and closing of the door, the temperature must have exceeded 100°.

The employees were clearly suffering in these unbearable conditions. Their faces were red, covered in sweat, and they looked exhausted and distressed. It's deeply troubling to see workers subjected to such extreme heat, especially considering the low wages typical in this line of work.

No one should have to endure such harsh working conditions. Heat exhaustion is a real and serious risk, and it's only a matter of time before someone falls seriously ill or passes out. This situation is not only inhumane but also dangerous. Little Caesars needs to prioritize the well-being of their employees by providing proper cooling systems and ensuring a safe working environment.

I hope this review serves as a wake-up call to Little Caesars' management to take immediate action. The health and safety of their staff should...

Went today to get dinner for family ordered online got an email saying order was ready when I arrived it was busy the lady at the counter just looked like she didn't understand what was all going on and confused I asked about my order and was told only 1 pizza was ready I waited 45 min before I'm assuming manager came up and 1 guy complained he had waited 15 min and I said well I've waited 45 min for my order I finally got my food got home which is 5 min away my pizza was cold like I had to put into oven to reheat it it was that cold the crazy bread didn't have any butter or parm on it it was just cooked dough.... I've worked at little ceasers before (different location) and I've never seen more unorganized store no communication between front and back of house. I understand it's hard to find good help because people don't want to work anymore but this location needs to try and figure something out asap or when the pizza inn opens next door all the customers will be going there and they will loose...
