By far the worst GameStop Iโve ever been to. Brandon, the manager is very easily distracted. I had been waiting in line while he finished up with one customer. I step to the front once that is finished and he receives a phone call on the work phone. No biggie. It became an issue when I could hear that they were talking about her new hairdo and his new puppy. On numerous occasions this type of stuff has happened but this is the most memorable example. The female employee that works there never seems to understand even the most basic of questions I ask and instead of answering the question she tiptoes around it or replies, โI donโt knowโ, which is unacceptable. First off, she should know. Sheโs an employee. Second, if she truly does not know then instead of flat out saying so maybe the correct response should be, โIโm not sure but I can find outโ, and then go find out. Donโt stare at me like thatโs going to answer my question. This location is also the smallest and dirtiest store Iโve seen. These employees unfortunately donโt want to be there. The place is only a paycheck to them which is totally understandable. Iโll continue to drive to Burlington. That store is way better and the employees there...
