Arby's — Restaurant in Asheville

The lady who took my order was very polite because i had asked for fresh chicken and fresh mozzarella sticks she told them to make sure, the manager said everything was all fresh, ok i took their word, they gave me my order, all the mozzarella sticks was fresh, but all the chicken wraps was cold and old chicken the cheese wasnt even melted, one of the employees was very rude walked up said is something wrong i said yes I asked for everything fresh he did go to make sure everything was down to make sure I had everything fresh but the way he approached all his associates is this fresh is this fresh, was very rude and disrespectful with all employees laughing at me, the manager replies he's just doing his job, I said no, I worked for arbys for 4yrs and that was definitely not being serious about his job. He could have handled it in a professional manner. I didn't want his name because that is something that isn't important. They didn't have appropriate attire on, no aprons no hats no gloves, no hair nets, how they got a 100 on sanitation score is my question because definitely unacceptable. I may have worked there 9 years ago but that was something I would gotten fired for treating a customer that way with others...

We passed through Asheville on our way to Asheboro, and decided to get dinner here since it was fast food, and would be quick. We ordered on the app and I got one chicken slider and six mozzarella sticks. This location is right outside of the Biltmore Village, which is pretty cool. We placed the mobile order within minutes of arriving to the restaurant. I went to the restroom first, but the order was waiting for us when we arrived, so someone else in my party grabbed it. I think that the order might have been sitting there for a little bit, which is fine, but my mozzarella sticks were a little cold. The marinara sauce that comes with them is very watery, not the best sauce. The slider was something that was recommended to me. I did not realize it was a chicken tender with cheese in a roll, but it was pretty good! The people working were pretty nice, and the bathroom was clean enough. I definitely had a decent...

Asked for fresh fries and that's all I order paid almost 3 dollars even waited extra time for the employee at the window to tell me he careful there hot. For me to get old cold fries when I opened the bag. It was close to closing time but they still had at least 30 minutes before closing. So I called up there asked to speak to a manager, employee pretended to be manager when I asked for their name they hung up on me. So I called back and someone picked up the phone and hung it right back up on me so I called again and phone stayed with a busy tone so clearly they left it of the hook so they did not have to speak to me. How rude and unprofessional! I have been a manager at a burger king for 3 years I would never handle a situation like that let alone a simple problem that could have been fixed so easily with even just a apology. Would not recommend this...
