If in need of a decent cheese steak sandwich, Charley's will suffice. Food is decent, it's located in a mall so the atmosphere is as you would expect. Used to be much better! It was a mall tradition to stop here and grab a sub when I was little. My latest visit back home, I went shopping and decided to continue tradition and get Charleys. Horrible experience. The GM was horribly rude. Will never go here again. Hung up on me. 90 minutes after I ordered, it still didn’t arrive. I called and was told my food was thrown away because the delivery driver didn’t come. They didn’t call me and let me know or anything. Would never ever recommend this company.
