We wanted to trade a ring in a few months after buying it. We then were told that the trade up value has to be double than the original. That came as a surprise to me as I was never told that. So I asked to speak with a manager to see if he would be willing to work with me.

I told him how we were never told anything about the trade-in value being double, upon buying the first ring. He just kept repeating himself that they disclose everything when they sell a ring. Well, they didn't. He was basically just calling me a liar.

Then he flip flopped between "We disclose everything" and "We don't have to disclose anything". This manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't let him manage a $1 burger joint.

I'd rather pawn the ring and buy a new one somewhere else than to deal with this individual ever again.

Rude female employee ruined what I thought of them with the way she spoke to me over the phone. I had went in and had a great experience shopping for my bands with an older lady and a gentleman. I called 3 weeks later to check on my order and the gentleman who answered was so nice and understanding and tolf me I can call back and they could always check for me because they only had my fiance's number on file. So I did a week later and a young female employee was rude answering the phone and was mad that I called in checking on our order, she cut me off when I was explaining and put me on hold. I called the store to get advice on what to do with jewelry I’ve had for many years and yet haven’t worn since it were of the engagement variety. Phyre was extremely helpful and patient with my questions. She also was helpful with ideas and suggestions for how to actually enjoy these pieces in a new configuration. While I wasn’t able to attend the event in store, she assured me of a follow up without burdening me with excessive phone calls.
