When I tell you that we placed an almost $200 order tonight for only 4 meals and one was for a rack of ribs that THEY cancelled on us through DoorDash because one person said they were sold out even though we called them and spoke to them on the phone to confirm the order and they never mentioned this until we were there to pick up everyone else’s food but then the manager toddlers over to ask why WE canceled the ribs, my son told him THEY cancelled them and he said, “well, who did that because we’ve got ribs?!” The he toddlers away again just to never speak about it again?

On top of this, the steaks we ordered were regular looking ribeyes that’s were full of fat (not the good kind) and they were $45 EACH WITH NO SIDES! Because apparently SIDES ARE EXTRA! Each side and they only have 5 are $4 extra! For plain unseasoned mashed potatoes! One steak was supposed to be WELL DONE and I even put in the special instructions that it was medically important for it to be well done and yet, IT IS PURPLE INSIDE! We also ordered the 10 rolls which is supposed to have been BOGO free but instead we paid an extra $20 and didn’t get ANY! Even after reminding them! BTW I have the receipt for all of this and the picks if you don’t believe me. Be warned!!!

Also, it’s got “live music” going on and the rooms are all small and chopped up so the room with the performers is absolutely deafening just so they can hear it EVERYWHERE. The server was also seen making rude faces at a lady because she didn’t respond to her questions even though the lady had no idea she was being spoken to because it was so loud! So rude, so unprofessional, terrible food and to top it off it’s the MOST EXPENSIVE...

We ordered to go here and did not have a very pleasant time at all. First of all the food was quite overpriced, if I’m paying 45 dollars for a steak I expect the best, but the competitors in the area deliver better ones at cheaper prices.

Second I was told my ribs were out of stock so I got refunded them, but when I arrived a worker had told me they still had ribs in the back, and was asking me if I had cancelled my order yet, but where they had refunded me my money thru DoorDash, they couldn’t do anything. Just confused as to why I’m told you don’t have something that is out of stock, then tell me it’s not out of stock.

They forgot 10 rolls aswell, went back in there and had to wait for them just to be given only 6 rolls. So they messed up on it once, and messed up a second time instead of fixing it.

We also ordered a “well done” steak, and below in the photo is what we received. We put in even the special instructions stressing that the person who was eating the steak has health issues and cannot consume a steak that isn’t well done, yet we got a steak that is clearly closer to rare.

The environment was not very spacious either, it’s a very crammed building where you feel clostarphobic at times, add in the extremely loud band playing, and it makes for a very unpleasant experience.

This is my first time leaving a review somewhere because I usually believe that people can have a off night, but when I pay over 200 dollars for just 4 people, I expect a high standard. We decided to visit this establishment for the first time and unfortunately, we regret our choice. Upon our arrival, we noticed that only two other tables were occupied, indicating a lack of busyness. After receiving our drinks and placing our order, we waited for nearly an hour without any further service. Eventually, I approached the waitress to inform her that we wished to pay for our drinks and leave. Instead of addressing our concerns, she fetched someone whom I assume was the manager. He did not introduce himself and merely reiterated what I had already communicated to the waitress, displaying an unprofessional attitude before walking away.
