Anduzzi's Sports Club - Holmgren Way — Restaurant in Ashwaubenon

My husband and I were very disappointed in our entire Anduzzis experience. We often go to the location off Lineville and have never had a bad experience however we wanted to venture today so we choose this location. We went up to the rooftop bar which did have a nice atmosphere, however then the 1 waitress (who was doing an amazing job accommodating all the tables by herself up there) didn’t get us our drinks for about 15 minutes (not her fault she was busy) however the bartender was literally just standing behind the bar watching her run around. Then when we got them, we each ordered a margarita, my husband a “specialty” one which was far from special. the menu said “jalapeño infused tequila” which was untrue it was just poorly muddled jalapeños in the bottom of the glass and there wasn’t even salt or tajin on the rim like advertised, also the amount of simple syrup in my normal suppose to be spicy margarita made me have an instant stomach ache, like if you can’t make a margarita don’t charge $8-$12. we didn’t drink them and switched to water. Our food came out in decent time BUT it was cold, fries tasted like they had been sitting for awhile and our order was messed up. We felt so bad for our waitress handling all the tables we didn’t want to complain to her or at all but for $60 we won’t be back. very disappointed in watching 1 girl sweating and doing her best for all the tables on the rooftop, we still left her 20% because that girl deserved it!! but the bartender should be trained to make a good tasting margarita and please advice the kitchen not to let a $17 burger sit. recently visited Anduzzi's Sports Club and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I could feel the excitement and energy in the air. The atmosphere was perfect for a night out with friends or even a pre-game celebration.

First of all, the food and drinks were top-notch. I highly recommend trying their wings - they were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. And if you're a beer lover like me, you'll love their wide selection of craft beers. They also have great daily specials that are easy on the wallet. Overall, the menu had a great variety of options and everything we tried was delicious.

Aside from the food and drinks, the entertainment at Anduzzi's was top-notch. They had multiple TVs playing different sports games and the energy from the crowd made it even more exciting. I also loved their live music - it really added to the overall experience. Plus, there were plenty of games and activities to keep us entertained all night long.

One thing that stood out to me was the excellent service we received from the staff. They were all incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. They truly made us feel like valued customers.

Overall, my experience at Anduzzi's Sports Club was superb. I highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a great time. Whether it's for a night out with friends or a pre-game celebration, this is the place to go. I will definitely be returning and giving it a well-deserved 5-star rating. Keep up the great...

This is a huge place! Plenty of seating 🪑 and tables downstairs, upstairs on the rooftop patio, outside on the artificial turf patio. Plenty of options.

I didn't really find anything unique or special. But it is a nice comfortable place.🤓

Two things that are guaranteed to prevent my return to any establishment. 🙈 The first is charging me a "convenience fee" to use my credit card.😡 Who's convenience is this anyway? 🤔 How about I just give you cash and then you can spend 20 minutes after your shift counting the drawer 🤑. How much time do you think is saved with a quick tap or swipe of a credit card rather than dealing with cash in and out of a drawer?🤷‍♂️ I already pay $400 a year for MY convenience of my credit card!😜 How about I charge you a fee or you give me a discount so you don't have to deal with the cash, the drawer, the germs, the bank bag, the night drop. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

The second thing that really annoys me is when the receipt gives me the option of a predetermined tip.🥺 And the tip choices are 18%, 20% or 25%. On what planet would I pay 25% for handing me a beer 🍺 and a pizza at the bar?😡 What happened to 10%, 12%, and 15%? Did those also evaporate post COVID?

There is a distinct difference between doing your job and providing good service. I'm just not on board with tipping people for doing their jobs 🤷‍♂️. And 25% is never going to happen in my lifetime 😖
