I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The girl that checked us out was so unfriendly that we felt like we were inconveniencing her for purchasing a pretzel. This is the second time we had an experience like this. The first time the person checking us out pulled out her phone and started texting before she even greeted us. Then again seemed very upset and inconvenienced that we were ordering a pretzel. We usually never write reviews but we were just so unhappy with this service that we felt inclined to write a review about this place. We used to come here all the time but the customer service has gone down hill significantly. They need to hire new staff or teach them how to give proper customer service. This is the second time that we have been here in the mall to order pretzels and pretzel dogs. The first time they said no just straight up said no we’re not making pretzel dogs right now. We just came right now to order a bucket and she said it would be 30 minutes which would’ve been fine but we had food waiting for us at the Mexican restaurant so we asked if we could just buy all the pretzels they had already made and the young lady was like i don’t know I guess if you really want to. We were there on a Friday around 1:00. They had no pretzel dogs, no pretzel dog nuggets, and no pepperoni nuggets and told us they weren't making any either. We wanted a small order of cinnamon nuggets but they only had large. We ordered 1 pretzel, 1 large order of cinnamon nuggets, and a order of pretzel nuggets and 2 small drinks, that equaled 31.00! We could have went to an actual restaurant for that. My pretzel was very dry. Not the Auntie Anne's I remember. Way overpriced for a snack place and horrible service especially for a Friday afternoon. Condense your menu if you aren't going to make everything...
