Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Ashwaubenon

I have to say this Chipotle is absolutely disgusting. Sorry but have been in here three times now and it never changes. I tried to do the ol benefit of the doubt but man it is just bad. 1st visit….every table, the floor and soda area had stuff all over and spills. As you go through the line, there is food stuck all over and around the bins and up against the glass. I get to the counter to pay and there’s a puddle of a drink on the counter. We sit down to eat after WE wiped off a table and not one person wiped up the spill on the counter. The register girl just worked around it and walked away. There was definitely enough employees because they were visiting in the back and goofing around. It was not busy. I just wonder to myself who is the manager that just looks out on the floor and does nothing.

Second time in….again not busy and enough employees especially when they are just standing there waiting. Tables, floors and soda area again trashed. This was at 2p on a wednesday. We were only one in line. No one else eating. I just don’t get it. I forgot to do a review this day.

Third time….Friday at 7p…..all the same but this time worse. A lot of employees. Not one table was cleaned….not one…and I’m talking smear marks, food particles like lettuce and garbage on tables. Mind you there was enough all over that you would easily have seen behind the counter as a manager. Easily!. Get up to order and talk about disgusting…it was very unappealing. If my friend wanted to leave too I would have walked out. Lettuce and food that looked like it was old was stuck to the edge facing us as we ordered. Most bins were empty and stuff spilled into each other. I just don’t get it. Needless to say and doesn’t surprise me my friend did not feel well latter that night. It’s just has never been clean and there’s no reason for it. We cleaned off a table to eat. Finally a kid went to wipe off some of the tables and all he did was take a wet rag and wipe each table of food on to the next. He smeared what ever was on one to the next and next. No disinfectant spray, no soap, no rinsing….just rubbing rice and beans and germs all over. Yum.

Take a damn minute and look out in the areas where your customers are and clean it. It’s not a big area. Properly clean it. Clean up your food area after the last customer it takes a...

My family came here wanting a quick dinner with the expectation that it would provide service at least comparable to our other Chipotle experiences. There were about 6-8 workers crammed behind the counter the entire experience however only 1 helped and the group in front of us ended up taking forever, and so did we. While directing our orders, the only worker making food was chewing food, with her mouth open, whilst making the burrito bowls. There was one worker behind the counter pretending to work the register to look busy, once all of us got to the register, she walked away despite not having rung anything up. When it was time to go to a table, none of the tables were even relatively clean. There was so much lettuce and cheese and sticky soda spills, multiple homeless man could live off the amount of food piling up on the unclean tables and nasty floor. While eating on the table we cleaned for ourselves one member of our party managed to find three hairs in her food, not even the same color as the hair of the worker making the food meaning it had been sitting in the food. Upon attempting to clean up our garbage, as many other parties had apparently failed to do, we found that the garbage was so overflowing that it would be closer to the can to set the food on the floor than on the pile where the trays go. I don't even know what to say. Everyone that works here is super snappy and rude. The first time I came here, I had never been to a Chipotle before, and I asked for them to explain how it works. The lady rolled her eyes at me before explaining. I got a bowl but i asked for a corn tortilla on the side, I still got a wheat tortilla after trying to get her to change it multiple times to a corn tortilla, and I explained multiple times that I have wheat and dairy allergies. This place is not well kept either. The tables are gross and sticky with trash on them. The grill was so dirty it was black and smoking. There was so much cross contamination everywhere, cheese was getting into all the other dishes on the line. There was loud yelling going on in the back kitchen to the point where the cashier and the server will stop talking to the customer to yell something back. I've come back a few times to see if maybe they were just having a hard day, and it's been the same situation every time. I have managed MANY fast food restaurants in my life, and I have never seen a restaurant that filthy, and a crew that disrespectful. They all look miserable when they work, which leads me to believe that the owners need to look into new management for this store.
