I came to this place with my family on a Saturday night. You would think they would be open for taking you in and serve you dinner. I called them at 8:30 and they said kitchen is open till 9pm which was fair. We got there at 8:50pm and the hostess looked over to someone who looked like the shift manager and she said “sorry the kitchen is closed”. I did not feel like arguing so we just decided to have some pizzas and drinks. That was a big mistake. I ordered what looked like a calzone (pizza that is wrapped) and it was the saltiest dish I’ve tried. Again we were trying to be mindful and too nice but I think we just went too far for being too nice. I then ordered the other pizza and it was honestly quite mediocre. The waiter was really nice and that’s why I’m giving it 1 star 🌟 otherwise it would be zero for us. They weren’t even willing to provide salad. Come on! You can’t even make salad in your kitchen? That was just ridiculous. And believe it or not, we had amazing food in every other restaurant we tried in Aspen so this was certainly a one off. My suggestion to the management team is to be honest about your the last call from your kitchen. If you close at 10pm and your kitchen runs till 9pm, you ought to be able to take orders till 9pm. Otherwise, be upfront and shot down kitchen at 8:30pm. Quite disappointed and not even sure if I would ever want to give this...
Read moreI went there on January 18, 2025 and got horrible food poisoning from the 30 oz Espresso Rubbed Cowboy Ribeye. I went there to have fine dining with my family and instead I got horrible diarrhea and started projectile vomiting everywhere, I only received 2 hours asleep due to having to get up every 10 minutes to throw up/ poop. Finally, I decided to get up and have breakfast to have medicine for my stomach and threw that up too. I threw up so much to the point that I passed out on the bathroom floor and couldn’t get up. Someone had to carry me outside as I was vomiting everywhere and got into the car to go to the hospital. I could not hold myself up due to having no strength at all and almost chocked in my own vomit. I finally got to the hospital and had temperature of around 70-80 degrees Fahrenheit instead of a regular 97 degrees. I had a blood pressure of 80 instead of the regular 120. I could not open my eyes and felt horrible the entire time. Not only did I get food poisoning but so did other members of the party. Also the diet coke was not free refill. Overall, horrible experience, was not worth the money and almost died over this. I expect this restaurant to pay my medical bill that is about to come...
Read moreI give it this rating, first they sat me like 5 minutes after we arrived, after seating us a waiter comes and takes away the umbrella that was protecting us from the sun to give it to the table next to us, I ask the waitress if they can move us to where the sun wouldn't shine directly, we waited like 10 minutes and they didn't put it inside and the place was super uncomfortable people were bumping into us because there wasn't enough room to pass, after 20 minutes they didn't bring the water, then another 15 minutes for the waiter to come for the drinks which took another 15 minutes and we ordered at that time and the food which was 3 pizzas took like 40 minutes to arrive they didn't come back to the table for absolutely nothing more we were left without drinks and when the waiter deigned to come by we asked for the bill. I would not eat...
