I have never in my entire life left a review for anything, but after having the experience at this location tonight I felt the need to make a review. If I could leave a zero star rating I would. I ordered online for a carryout order and once I got home I was surprised to see pepperonis on my pineapple pizza. I called the store, after waiting for a while for someone to finally pick up, and was met with laughter on the other end. Once I explained my situation they said they would remake it. I went to pick it up at the store and was not even able to walk into the store because the doors were locked making me believe that the store was already closed, even though the hours say that the store was open for another two hours. Chairs were already put up on tables and the workers inside were already closing down and cleaning. A worker finally came and opened the door for me after I had waited at the door for a bit and then I waited for my pizza, during this wait I was hardly acknowledged, the ringing phone was not answered, and a girl who tried to walk inside was completely ignored by workers even though she was most certainly seen. Once I brought the pizza home I was once again disappointed to find that my pizza was not even cooked all the way through. The dough was raw and I couldn't even pick it up because it was falling apart. I called the store again to let them know about the pizza, at this point I was upset and I felt bad that I was even having to call again, but by this time I had already gone up to the store twice and had waited to eat this pizza for an hour and a half. The manager answered and apologized stating that they had been selling so many of the pan pizzas that they had to pull them straight from the freezer to cook them today, and unfortunately I wasn't the first person to have called and complained about this. He apologized, said he would remake my pizza again and that it would be delivered in the next 40-50 minutes. Now after going through this much trouble, when I honestly should have just ordered from my normal pizza place, I am thoroughly irritated and will not be ordering from this location again. Read moreOn Saturday I ordered a pizza, wings, and a salad after working in the yard all day. When the delivery driver delivered my boyfriend answered the door because I was showering. Fast forward today I realized they forgot the salad. I called in and spoke with a nice young man who was willing to correct it. I didn't want them to drive all the way here for a salad so I ordered wings and a Coke as well. Then after about 2 mins a rude female who identified herself as the manager called back and proceeded to chastise me for not calling yesterday. 😨. She was so rude I told her she could refund my money for both which she refused to do. She stated she would only refund my money for the money I spent today. I gave her an 2 options: 1) refund my money, or 2) I would call corporate and the BBB tomorrow and we could handle it that way. So she refused to refund and hung up in my face. Wow! Anyone who knows me knows I'm super patient and kind. So I drove to the store furious at the exchange and her lack of professional. When I asked for her she was now the assistant and the "manager" was at the register. I proceeded to tell him I wanted a refund and that as a person in customer service you don't speak to people like that becaus3 that will "get your ass beat!" Now all of a sudden he was like "don't threaten me!" Point of the story is if you don't like people disrespecting you don't do it to them. I have spent countless dollars with them personally as well as for my business. But guess what will never ever happen again. DOMINOES you have lost $1000s of dollars from me as well as my associates due to a $5.99 pizza refund. When my pizza was being made I called to add a drink they let me know after 5 minutes of the order being put it that it was already being delivered (7:08pm) and that I couldn't add a drink.. after 20 minutes of the delivery guy still not here (I live around the corner, 5 minutes away) I called to see what was up and if it was still there could I add the drink.. to which they inform me the order just left the store... when I received my 4 items 40 minutes later my pizza box was smashed, pizza on the top of the box.. cold pizza not even room temperature.. so we're my other 3 items. I called to ask for it to be refunded back to me and she kept making it a point to say they'd remake it instead.. So I asked for my whole order that was cold to be remade as well... she said she was making notes on my accountnof how I want everything remade for the person next time to see it... but I told her it was cold and that's why it was being remade.. that or she could refund me.. and I asked for the general managers number she laughed at me and said it's a private number I'm not giving it out to people.. I told her I use to work at a restaurant I know they can give out general manager #s she then laughed at me again and said you can come up here tomorrow if you have time I'm not giving it out. What is the ACTUAL frick?!? I order from the all the time for the last 13 years. I have a newborn so I can't pick up my order tonight due to baby being unwell .. not only is my order smashed, 40 minutes late, and cold.. but she's being rude about it and making notes on me.
