I use this mcDonald often my baby girl love kid's meal! I was on the way to pick up my wife from her work. Decide to buy my wife's favorite cold iced coffee. I ordered by online so I can just pick up my wife's coffee and paid by my credit card. The cashier told me that my credit card declined. So I thought something might went wrong and gave her my other credit card. When I handed my other credit card to her I get a notification from my original credit card that I have assigned on mcDonald app. It said it went through. So now I got two chages on both credit card. I told manager that I've been double charged on my both credit cards and showed her confirmations on my phone. The manager wasn't care at All and by saying "go a head and print that and bring to us and we will help you out!" I replied I'm off today and I don't have access to my work computer and I would like to take care of now... I even told her since us only just under $5 just made me some burger or something.... if they did not want to refund the money i was okay with a burger or something. Since I was late to pick up my wife... The manager insisted to go print on the paper and come back later. Wow how about start saying "Sorry!" Terrible terrible service!!! I do know mcDonald not exactly 5 star hotel service. But this was by far the worst...

I gave three stars because there are some wonderful customer friendly employees here otherwise I would have given one star. I visit this location frequently. If I encounter any other employee though it is always a disappointment. Not enough to write a review about as we all can mistakes. However; today I was in complete total shock & awe and due to the virus I felt the need that the public needs to be very aware of my findings. Placed my order through the drive thru. Made it to the first window where the employee completes the transaction. She had a mask on but it was below her nose! What good does a mask do if it is worn in this manner? Made it to the second window and two employees were at the window. One employee did not have a mask on at all. The other employee had a surgical mask on but it was pulled down and completely resting on her chin. I watched her wipe and scratch her nose, grabbed my order and she attempted to hand it to me.
