I would like to say that I am rating this a 4.5 star, but google does not have the option to add half marks. Here is my experience.
When I walked in it was very welcoming. The staff was very happy and jovial while also being very informative on the popular items that people went with. I did not get the names of the workers helping me (I went on July 2nd at about 12-1pm if any manager wants to commend the workers), but she suggested a Willy Philly or a Buffalo Chicken Burrito. There were some other options as well. I decided to purchase both and also a medium side of guac. The man working the register was very relaxed and happy which gave me a very good "vibe". I got my food togo.
In total, I spent about $30 then add about 8 for tip I think. So my grand total was $38 while the food itself was $30. I got 4 bags of chips, medium guac which will last me about a week, 1 full size Willy Philly (Burrito), and 1 full size Buffalo Chicken. Honestly, it was a lot of food for $30.
On to the food quality itself, I was planning on trying both burritos, but once I tried the Willy Philly, I enjoyed it so much that I did not want to save it for leftovers. The queso/cheese (in the burrito) was very pleasant. The competitors for them are Moes and Chipotle, and I rank Willy's queso as being way above the stardards at these two. The consistency of the queso was perfect and I drove for about 15 min back home and everything still tasted fresh. The guac was very pleasent as well. I have only just recently been getting into guac, so really all guac tastes really good to me. My one qualm was the chips. Having been in Athens for about 7 years on and off, I used to frequent Fuzzys until they closed down. And the only thing I ever got at Fuzzys were the chips. To me, I feel like Willy's will draw a LOT more customers if there were to up the seasoning game in the chip department. It would draw a large clientele. I have saved the Buffalo Chicken Burrito for tomorrow.
I look forward to returning to Willy's and their very welcoming staff.

Read moreSo I went into Willy’s today 9/13/18 with my two kids. I could have swung through a drive-through window... but I was like naw I could go for something fresh and light today. Before today I have never had an issue with this location at all. And honestly I still enjoyed my food. But as I entered the restaurant with my two girls. I wasn’t greeted. I brushed it off, bc I like to make sure I take a look at the menu on the wall and know what I actually want... so after I stood there to face the employee ( he saw me, but continued doing what he was doing )& I waited patiently . Then another customer who was smiling at me and my kids while we waited walked up , who had already ordered but came up again to be serviced, but as soon as he seen her he was like “hi what can I get for you? “ she then said “has this lady been helped yet bc I just walked up” he then says “ yeah, but I know you already ordered and thought you needed a container or something else” she said “ no you can help her, I wanted to order something to go” .... I wanted to walk out, but I’m not that prideful... because maybe he was having a bad day or something... But it was rude... he knew he was wrong because he was redder then a tomato after he got called out... Before this Willy’s was worth unloading my 7month old and two yr old from the car to get food. But after today I will spend my hard earned money somewhere else. I am all about customer service & I am kinda beating myself up for still deciding to eat here after the poor customer service... but never again , and I’m ok with that. The food was good, but the customer service is what put the bad taste...
Read moreBefore I type any further, it's an ATL airport review. They had a violinist this day/time and I didn't have to tussle for a seat. The lady & gentleman tean in that specific area were on point!
The service received was top tier. The staff was patient, knowledgeable, and respectful. The total opposite of just a few day earlier on concourse C 🙃. Willy's staffed actually smiled and made the interaction enjoyable.
Now the food, baby a rice bowl hate to see me coming. The rice was cooked perfectly. The steak was flavorful and plentiful. The toppings were fresh. I was able to get more or less of any condiment. The ancho ranch was good. The portion was a chefs kiss. I was even able to go back and retrieve my receipt after paying cash. Honest mistake and speedy interaction.
I have flown in and out of ATL for years and just discovered this gem, in which I will revisit time and time again. Whomever was on staff 10/11/2025 around 230pm et should get a raise or if nothing else a praise for the magnificent customer service. Really made my meal enjoyable and the initial...
