26 Thai Kitchen (Colony Square) — Restaurant in Atlanta

I’ve eaten at 26 Thai in Midtown many times, this was my first time trying this location. The first disappointment was having to order from an iPad instead of being able to talk to a human. Unfortunately, my curry was not hot—in fact, some of the vegetables were still cold on the inside. A few pieces of the chicken seemed too soft, like maybe it wasn’t cooked all the way. I realized too late that I should have just asked them to remake it. A few hours later, I am paying the price, gastrointestinally speaking. That was the only thing I’ve eaten today, so I know that’s what caused my current situation, of which I will spare you the details, dear reader.

I ordered the drunken noodles w/shrimp add chicken (paid extra) cheese rolls and 4 spring rolls to go. The total came to a lil over $50.00 which was a little surprising but didn't make a fuss. When I arrived home I discovered they did not add the chicken to the drunken noodles. I also asked for a side of Thai paste, that too was not in the bag. Made attempts to call the restaurant but something is wrong with the number listed in Google. The flavor of the food was good but not worth $50.00. The portion was okay. I will continue to attempt to contact you get my credit back for the chicken.

We had an amazing experience today at Twenty Six Thai at Colony Square, thanks to Kat and her team! Kat provided exceptional service from the moment we walked in—her warm and welcoming attitude made us feel right at home. She was attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great meal.

We also want to give a shoutout to her coworker, whose name we unfortunately didn't catch, but they were equally fantastic in helping to make our dining experience memorable. Both of them really went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!
